[Prior Art] Surface fasteners are widely used as members for joining fiber cloth and other various articles. As an example, one of the surface fasteners is attached to a predetermined position on the surface of the cushion body, and the other surface fastener is attached to the back surface side of the skin material correspondingly, and the surface fasteners are engaged and adhered to each other to form the skin. A method of fixing a material to a cushion body is known.

In this method, for attaching the surface fastener to the surface of the cushion body, for example, (i) a sheet made of non-woven fabric or the like is attached to the back surface of the surface fastener having the hook-shaped engaging element by an appropriate means to form an engaging member. After fixing and sealing the inside of the mold with an adhesive, the molding material is introduced into the mold and foamed (Saikai Sho 59-184599), and (i
i) The entire hook-shaped engaging element of the surface fastener is covered with a film, and the engaging member equipped with a thin metal sheet is attracted by a magnet provided in the mold and fixed, and then the molding material is introduced into the mold. There is known a method (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 60-179003) in which the engaging member is integrally joined to the molded body by foaming.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Among the methods for attaching the surface fastener to the cushion body, the method of using the adhesive (i) is troublesome in fixing the surface fastener in the mold. However, there was a problem that it was difficult to adjust the mounting position. The engaging member used in the method (ii) has a hook-shaped engaging element arranged on the entire surface of the surface fastener base cloth, and
It is difficult for the metal sheet to be bent in the longitudinal direction or to have a curved shape at the center of the surface fastener, and therefore, it is integrally bonded to the bent portion and the curved surface of the molded body and provided on the back side of the skin material. Further, there is a drawback that wrinkles and slack are generated on the front side of the skin material when the skin material is fixed to the molded body due to the engagement and adhesion with the surface fastener having the engaging elements facing each other.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to easily and powerfully fix the engaging member in the mold with the adhesive without the trouble of fixing and sealing the engaging member in the mold, and An object of the present invention is to provide a fastening member that can be freely bent in the longitudinal direction and can be easily integrally joined to a bent portion or a curved surface portion of a molded body.

[Means for Solving the Problems] According to the present invention, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, in a fastening member having a large number of hook-shaped engaging elements on one surface and a fixing member on the opposite surface, the hook-shaped engagement member is provided. One or more flats, where no mating elements are present, provide a fastening element provided in the longitudinal direction of the fastening element on the surface on which the hook-shaped engaging element is arranged.

One example of the fastening member of the present invention is that a member having a large number of hook-shaped engaging elements (hereinafter sometimes referred to as engaging elements) and another fixing member are integrated by an adhesive or an ultrasonic fusion bonding method. It was done. The member having this engaging element includes a tape fastener made by weaving filament fibers or a fastener called a magic tape. Further, the member having the engaging elements may be a plastic sheet having a large number of engaging elements on the surface obtained by extrusion molding.

Another example of the fastening member of the present invention is one in which a member having an engaging element and a fixing member are integrally formed. A specific example of the integrally formed fastening member is that a plurality of engaging elements and fixing members are provided on both surfaces of one base cloth by knitting and weaving filament fibers. In this case, the engaging element is a hook and the fixing member is a number of filament loops. Another specific example is a sheet obtained by plastic extrusion molding, which has a large number of engaging elements on one surface and a large number of fixing members on the opposite surface. In this case, the shapes of the engagement element and the fixing member can be of many types because of extrusion molding, examples of which include arrowheads and mushrooms. Since the fastening member in which the member having the engaging element and the fixing member are integrally configured is thinner and softer than the fastening member in which the two members are joined, the joining with the resin molded body is good, and the curved surface of the molded body is good. It has good followability. As seen in the prior art, a surface fastener having hook-shaped engaging elements on the entire surface and a fixing member to which a fixing member is attached by appropriate means are hard, and it is particularly difficult to bend them in the longitudinal direction.

Therefore, when the engaging element of the fastening member having the conventional engaging element on the entire surface is melted by ultrasonic waves and the flat portion is provided, if the flat portion is provided by such a method, the ultrasonic wave is generated by the ultrasonic waves at the portion where the engaging element is present. Overheating occurred and small holes were formed in the retaining member. Further, since the polymer of the engaging element melts and is integrated with the substrate, even if a flat portion is formed, the flat portion does not exhibit flexibility. Therefore, the present invention has been made by discovering that it is important to previously provide a flat portion in which the engaging element does not exist in the fastening member.

At least one flat portion is provided in the longitudinal direction on the surface on which the engaging element is arranged. When the bending angle in the longitudinal direction is large or the width of the fastening member is wide, it is preferable to provide two or more flat portions. By utilizing this flat portion, the member having the engaging element and the fixing member can be ultrasonically welded together, which is advantageous in reducing the thickness of the flat portion and providing flexibility. The thickness of the flat portion may be reduced by other methods. In addition to the flat portion provided in the central portion of the surface on which the engaging element is arranged, flat portions can be provided in the longitudinal direction at both end edges of the surface. The flat portions at the both edge portions are used as portions for arranging a magnetic metal body described later.

In addition to the flat portion provided in the longitudinal direction, one or more flat portions may be provided in the lateral direction, if necessary. With this configuration, the longitudinal and lateral bendability of the fastening member can be improved. The hook-shaped engaging element used in the present invention may be any hook-shaped, mushroom-shaped, umbrella-shaped or the like having an engaging function.

The fastening member of the present invention is used by placing a magnetic metal body on the surface having the engaging element, covering the engaging element and the metallic body with a thin plastic film, and installing the magnetic metal body on the mold of the resin molded body. The metal body can be arranged at the center of the surface on which the engaging element is provided or at the both edge portions described above. This plastic film prevents the liquid resin material for the molded body from flowing into the engaging element and filling it, and can be called a protective film. The material of the protective film that covers the entire hook-shaped engaging element may be polyester, nylon, polypropylene, polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, or the like, and hot melt adhesive double-sided tape or ultrasonic waves on both side edges of the fastening member. It can be attached using an appropriate means such as.
