The wall of fireproof structure is the Building Standard Act construction order (Article 108, No. 4)
It is necessary to satisfy the performance specified in. One of them is that there is no flame on the back side. A wall body in which panels for a conventional fireproof structure are provided on the side edges by tongue-and-groove connection of convex stripes and concave grooves, and the joints of the tongue-and-groove portion on the indoor side are covered with a cover plate. However, in the case of a composite panel whose core material is a heat insulating material made of organic foam such as polyisocyanurate, the foam decomposes to generate flammable gas, which ignites and flows out to the back side. I could not prevent that.

The heat insulating material constituting the composite panel is an organic foam such as a polymer of isocyanuric acid ester or a phenol-modified polymer thereof. As the non-combustible material, it is preferable to adhere glass wool mat or rock wool mat with an adhesive containing sodium silicate, calcium carbonate, aluminum silicate as a main component. In addition to zinc-iron plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum plate,
There are titanium etc.

This wall is made up of a series of composite panels covered with a metal plate with a closed cross-section, and the joints are bonded with an inorganic adhesive on the indoor side, and are filled with an inorganic sealant. Even if the foam in the panel is decomposed by heating and gas is generated, the flame can be prevented from flowing out to the back surface. In addition, the joint on the indoor side is closed by a cover plate that is fixedly attached across two panels, and the two adjacent panels are joined together through a cover plate, so the panels are thermally deformed and the tongue-and-groove gap expands. Can be prevented, and the action of preventing the outflow of flame by the inorganic adhesive and the sealing material can be made more reliable.

Since the non-combustible material layer is laminated on the inner surface of the metal plate on the indoor side with an adhesive, the composite panel of this wall body is non-combustible even when the wall body is heated from the outdoor side and the heat insulating material of the foam burns. The material layer and the adhesive do not burn, exhibit a heat insulating effect on the back surface (indoor side) of the metal plate, and can maintain the back surface temperature at 350 ° C. or less, and can satisfy one requirement as a panel for a fireproof structure.

In the construction of the wall body, the composite panels can be joined by rivets from the indoor side through the cover plate, and the workability is good without the need for the work from the outdoor side.

In the composite panel of the example, since the ends of the zinc-iron plates on the front and back sides are polymerized at the ridges and groove portions and joined by rivets,
The metal plate is unlikely to be deformed, and the leakage and combustion of flammable gas in the panel can be suppressed. At the same time, it prevents the expansion of the tongue-and-groove joint gap and suppresses the outflow of flames to the back surface.
