ソケット32の挿入用のカプラー29をケース2に一体
的に膨出形成したことが相俟って、他方のケース2が雄
型ソケットを兼用するようになり、公知例のようなイン
サート成形の必要がないので安価に形成でき、ケース2
をネジで固定するだけなので、公知例のように別途形成
した雄型ソケットをピンにより固定するという面倒を省
略できる効果がある。また、本発明は、モーター9及び
スイッチ機構11等を固定した合成樹脂製の前側ケース
1と、該前側ケース1にネジ8で固定される取付用金属
板7と、該取付用金属板7に接続端子10を後方に突出
する向きに固定したモーター9と、該モーター9の側部
に端末13を露出させた前記スイッチ機構11等の引出
コード12と、前記モーター9の側部に取付けられ前端
部は前記端末13に挿入接続され後端部は後方に突き出
す接続ターミナル25を有する合成樹脂製サブカバー1
4と、前記モーター9の前記接続端子10に接続され後
端部は後方に突き出すターミナル部24を有するターミ
ナル22と、後方より被せられ前記ターミナル部24と
前記接続ターミナル25の後端部が挿通して後方に突き
出る挿通孔26、27を有し、該挿通孔26、27の周
囲に雌型ソケット32の挿入用のカプラー29を一体的
に膨出形成した合成樹脂製後側ケース2とからなる車両
用アクチュエーターの接続装置としたから、端末13と
接続ターミナル25の接合と、モーター9の接続端子1
0とターミナル22の接合が肉眼で監視できるから、接
続が完全である効果を奏する。また、本発明は、モータ
ー9及びスイッチ機構11等を固定した合成樹脂製の前
側ケース1と、該前側ケース1にネジ8で固定される取
付用金属板7と、該取付用金属板7に一対の接続端子1
0が後方に突出する向きに固定したモーター9と、該モ
ーター9の側部に端末13が露出する状態に設けた引出
コード12と、前記接続端子10に接続嵌合されターミ
ナル部24は後方に向けて平行に突出するように設けら
れた一対のターミナル22と、前記モーター9の側部に
取付けると前記ターミナル22をモーター9側に押さえ
付けかつ前端部は前記端末13に挿入接続され後端部は
前記ターミナル部24と平行に後方に突出す接続ターミ
ナル25を有する合成樹脂製サブカバー14と、前記モ
ーター9を後側から包囲し前記ターミナル部24と前記
接続ターミナル25の後端部を挿通させて後方に突出さ
せる挿通孔26、27を有し該挿通孔26、27の周囲
に雌型ソケット32の挿入用のカプラー29を一体的に
膨出形成した合成樹脂製後側ケース2とからなる車両用
アクチュエーターの接続装置としたものであるから、前
記1項の効果はそのまま奏する外、合成樹脂製サブカバ
ー14の使用により、合成樹脂製サブカバー14により
ターミナル22も押さえ付けることができてターミナル
部24、25の取付も容易になり、構造簡単で実施化も
容易である効果を奏する。
