対側の端部に非接着にして巻付けられ、前記連結リング
に多数の切込みからなる第１切取り線を介して分離可能
に接続された非通気性のペーパからなるチップリングと
からなり、 前記チップリングにより覆われたフィルタチップの外周
面の一部には、外部からフィルタチップ内に空気を導入
可能とする通気部が形成され、 前記チップリングには、前記第１切取り線と同様な第２
