[Detailed Description of the Invention] (a) Field of industrial application The present invention separates water to such an extent that the asbestos in a building interior or a mixture of the asbestos and rock wool, etc., is removed and the removed product can be kneaded reliably with cement. The present invention relates to a method for separating water such as water-containing asbestos.

(B) Conventional technology Asbestos, which is widely used as an interior finishing material, or a mixture of it and rock wool is spray-coated and the cement, which is the binder for spraying, becomes fragile and weathered over time, causing asbestos to fly into the atmosphere. . It is medically proved as one of the carcinogenic dangerous substances that induces cancer when it enters the human body, and it causes social concern as a major pollution problem. Safe removal and recovery for human body and its disposal are highlighted as an important technical issue.

Asbestos is composed of microfibers in the micron unit that can not be visually confirmed by human beings to long fibers up to several centimeters, so small fibers scatter into the atmosphere during the above removal and recovery work. In the recovery work, water containing an activator is sprayed onto the coated asbestos in advance to make the asbestos wet, and then the peeling work is performed.
Normally, the water retention rate of asbestos is said to exceed 600% by weight, so it is desirable to contain sufficient water to prevent dust generation, and this is actually done. The asbestos that has been peeled off is solidified by cement to prevent scattering and is disposed of as industrial waste.

When the above-mentioned peeled asbestos is solidified with cement, there are some differences depending on the type of asbestos to maintain the strength to withstand 10 kg / cm 3 , but normally, asbestos: cement: water = 10: 10: 7 Kneading based on the mixing ratio of is considered to be the standard.

However, as described above, in order to prevent dust generation, it is necessary to contain as much water as possible, but a considerable amount of surplus water remains for the optimum amount of water when cement is solidified. By the way, asbestos, which is characterized by a high water retention rate, is a kind of tubular fiber, and as a result most of the excess water is stored in the tube. (1) Mixing with cement is very poor ( 2) Poor cement effect, that is, solidification effect (3) Lack of durability after solidification of cement (4) There were drawbacks such as it took time to knead with cement.

(C) Problems to be Solved by the Invention The problems to be solved by the present invention are to solve the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks all at once, and to mix water-containing asbestos and the like well with cement in a short time. It is intended to obtain a method for separating water such as hydrous asbestos having high solidification strength.

(D) Means for Solving the Problems The present invention has been made by paying attention to such conventional problems, and is asbestos, which is a tubular fiber containing a large amount of water, or a mixture of the asbestos and rock wool. Is placed in a decompression container, decompressed and set to an appropriately decompressed state, and stirred, whereby the tubular fibers are crushed to stir while extracting and separating water in the tube, or decompression is performed intermittently or pulsatingly. The present invention intends to provide a method for separating water, such as hydrous asbestos.

(ホ) 作用及び実施例 以下、本発明の一実施例を作用と共に説明する。(E) Action and Example Hereinafter, one example of the present invention will be described together with action.

When the decompression container is decompressed, the tubular fibrous body such as asbestos or rock wool is crushed, and the liquid such as water contained in the tube is extracted and separated. Excess water out of the separated water is discharged to the outside by drainage or the like.

(F) Effect of the Invention As is clear from the above description, the present invention is contained in a tubular fiber tube by decompressing a sufficiently wet state of asbestos or a mixture of it and rock wool in a decompression container. Since liquid such as water is extracted and separated from the tubular fiber in the process of being crushed, the separated liquid in excess of the amount necessary for the hydration reaction with cement is drained to the outside and Stirring and dewatering are carried out in parallel in one step in the process of decompressing by mixing cement with stirring, and the cement and water adhere to the surface of the compressed fiber and cause a hydration reaction to solidify.
Therefore, since it has been dehydrated from the fibrous body, the kneading with the cement can be efficiently performed in a short time, and the kneading under reduced pressure has very few internal bubbles, and the fact that it is dehydrated from the inside of the pipe Therefore, the solidification strength can be increased. Further, since it is in a compressed state, it has a number of excellent effects such that the volume is reduced and the processing cost can be reduced.
