優れた耐摩耗性を有するものである。そしてこの発明に
おいて、薄肉なシ−ト状の未加硫ゴム小片11.11…
は、上記のジエン系ゴムとポリノルボネンポリマ−の混
合物に、さらに常用のゴム配合薬品を添加したものを任
意に着色し、これをロ−ル等で圧延生地出しし、これを
三角形状、四角形状等の多角形状、円形状、楕円形状等
に裁断して準備される。そしてこの発明において未加硫
ゴム小片11.11…の肉厚は、その上に被覆載置され
る未加硫ゴムシ−ト12の肉厚のほぼ1/5〜2/3
に、具体的には0.5mm〜3mm厚に形成されること
が望ましい。厚みがそれ以下となれば、加熱加圧時に成
形型2の底面より浮動し易くなり、また肉厚がそれ以上
となれば、加熱加圧の初期における未加硫ゴム小片1
1.11…の加硫進行が遅延し、未加硫ゴム小片11.
11…と未加硫ゴムシ−ト12がその境界において相互
にはみ出したり流動しあったりし、色彩的に外観が低下
するきらいがある。そしてこれらの未加硫ゴム小片1
1.11…は、複数形状のものを複数色準備し、これら
を適宜組み合わせて使用することもできる。さらに未加
硫ゴム小片11.11…は、成形される靴底の用途に応
じて、滑り止めのための防滑性配合、軽量化のための発
泡性配合等適宜に選定されることができる。例えば、防
滑性配合の場合、その配合物中にガラス繊維、岩綿、ロ
ックウ−ル、石英繊維、シリカ繊維、ワラストナイト繊
維、セラミックス繊維等の無機質繊維、金属繊維、炭素
質繊維の一種または2種以上の混合物を添加したり、そ
の上に載置される未加硫ゴムシ−ト12よりも硬質配合
にすることにより、この未加硫ゴム小片11.11…に
よって靴底の接地面に形成される異色意匠部11’.1
