However, on the other hand, there are drawbacks such as cheapness, cold feeling, and easy scratching, and there has been a strong demand for imparting decorativeness and softness. Conventionally, various studies have been carried out in order to obtain a compound having a function satisfying these demands, but an improved surface property of the above-mentioned defects while maintaining the reasonable shapeability and strength with a single material. It is difficult to have such a structure, and at present, a laminated body in which a plurality of materials having different functions are combined is generally used.

In addition, as proposed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 56-5747, the resin is plastically deformed into a shape conforming to the concavo-convex plastic mold formed on the mold by the injection pressure and temperature of the molten resin, and heat fusion with the base resin The decorative film plate configured to obtain is held by a sandwiching mold that is connected to the cavity side of the mold, and the film plate is automatically cut into the cavity by performing mold clamping of the core and injection filling of the base resin. A method has been proposed in which the material is matched with a plastic mold while being pressed and plastically deformed by an injection pressure, and this is simultaneously and accurately converted and fused at a predetermined position on the uneven surface of the product.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the technique disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 59-150740, it is possible to produce a laminate having a good appearance without wrinkles or tears on the skin material. The problem that not only the process of cutting the skin material in advance or after molding, but also a separate machine for cutting the skin material is required and the core of the skin material and the synthetic resin are misaligned because the molding device and the cutting device are separate bodies. There was a point.

In the method of the present invention and the apparatus of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, when the peripheral edge (12) of the skin material (10) gradually moves inwardly of the female mold (3) as the molding progresses. Therefore, the setting of the fixing force for the skin material is particularly weight.
That is, the skin material (10) tends to deform into a shape substantially following the shape of the female mold (3) as the female mold (3) descends. If the fixing force of the skin material fixing frame (4) is too small,
The skin material (10) causes a large slip between the female mold (3) and the skin material fixing frame (4), and the skin material (10) having an area larger than that required for the laminate (14) is inside the female mold (3). Will be supplied to and cause wrinkles. On the other hand, if the fixing force is excessive, the skin material (1
0) cannot withstand this tension and is damaged.

(Effects of the Invention) As described in detail above, the method of the present invention is movably attached to the male side or the female side of a mold device having a male and female dies, and the inner surface is the inner surface of the female die. A skin material is arranged between the female mold and a skin material fixing frame that has a sliding surface in which the male mold outer surface slides over the entire circumference at substantially the same position, and then the skin material is fixed. After cutting by moving at least one of the frame and the female mold, the female mold and the male mold are clamped in a state in which the peripheral edge of the skin material is clamped between the skin fixing frame and the female mold, and the skin material is cut. And shaping the molten resin by supplying the molten resin from a required molten resin path between the skin material and the female mold or the male mold before the completion of mold clamping after cutting the skin material. Since it is a method for manufacturing a laminate including a skin material and a synthetic resin, the following effects are achieved.
