(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, since the conventional storage ladder is configured to manually raise and lower the ladder at the time of use, it may be troublesome to handle. Due to the great danger involved and the fact that the inclination of the ladder changes depending on the floor height of the building, the ladder cannot be horizontal unless it is designed and manufactured according to the building. Of course, the lower end surface of the supporting leg does not touch the floor surface in a stable state, so it lacks versatility to equip any building with one type of storage ladder, and realizes production cost reduction by mass production. There was a difficulty in doing it.

The telescopic ladder 10 is made by stacking a plurality of ladders 11, 12 and 13 in parallel along the longitudinal direction and connecting them in an extendable and retractable state. Each of the above ladders 11, 12 and 13 is made of aluminum. It is made of extruded alloy material, wood, or steel. In this embodiment, a pair of upper and lower guide rails 14 and 15 are arranged in parallel on the outer surface of the vertical rail 12a in the middle ladder 12. The vertical rail 11a of the uppermost ladder 11 is provided with a sliding edge 17 of a U-shaped cross section that fits over the lower guide rail 15 among the above-mentioned guide rails 14 and 15, and a vertical length of the lowermost ladder 13. On the crosspiece 13a, a sliding edge portion 16 having a U-shaped cross section, which is fitted over the upper guide rail 14, is provided in a protruding manner. Among these, the upper end of the upper guide rail 14 and the lower end of the lower guide rail 15, and the upper edge of the sliding edge 16 of the lowermost ladder 13 and the lower edge of the sliding edge 17 of the uppermost ladder 11, the middle ladder 12 Bottom ladder against 13

By the way, the rope 7 is hung as described above,
When the telescopic ladder 10 that is inclined and extended by the rope 7 is contracted and stored in the storage frame 1, the lowermost ladder 13 overlaps the middle ladder 12, and then the overlapped lower middle ladders 13 and 12 overlap. It remains on the uppermost ladder 11 and then rotates around the support shaft 18 to fit inside the storage portion 24 of the storage frame 1. At that time, the movable pulley 8 is temporarily moved from the support shaft 18. By providing the second guide pulley 19b as close as possible to the tip end side of the housing portion 24 of the storage frame 1,
There is an advantage that the fixed pulley 9 is unnecessary and can be housed in the housing portion 24 of the storage frame 1 with a light force. However, when the rope 7 is hung as described above, when the telescopic ladder 10 is unloaded, the portion between the second guide pulley 19b provided at the tip of the storage frame 1 and the movable pulley 8 of the uppermost ladder 11 is hung. The rope 7 is exposed on both sides of the uppermost ladder 11, and there is a possibility that it will be caught by a person moving up and down or an item that they have, which causes a safety problem. Therefore, in order to maintain the safety, the second guide pulley 19b may be provided near the support shaft 18, but there is a drawback that the winding force when the telescopic ladder 10 is rotated and stored in the storage frame 1 becomes large. .

That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the housing portion 24 of the storage frame 1
On the side, the second guide pulley 19b and the fixed pulley 9 are sequentially arranged from the support shaft 18 side within a range in which the protruding length of the handrail 21 from the support shaft 18 is drawn as a radius r, and the rope 7 is attached to the first guide pulley. 2nd from 19a
The movable pulley 8 of the ladder 11 is reached via the guide pulley 19b, the fixed pulley 9 is once detoured, and the movable pulley 8 of the ladder 11 is again connected to the lower end of the lowermost ladder 13.

Since the electric storage ladder of the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, the retractable ladder 10 which is erected on the floor surface 26 from the upper floor to the lower floor of the building as shown in FIG. When housed in the frame 1, by turning on an operation switch (not shown) provided on the wall surface of the room and driving the brake motor 2 in the winding direction, the rotary drum 3 rotates in the direction shown by the arrow. The winding of the rope 7 is started. When the pulling force as shown by the arrow acts on the rope 7 by the above operation, the lower ladder 12 is pulled up to the stopper 14a on the middle ladder 13 by the pair of left and right ropes 7, 7 and then the two layers are overlapped. The lower and middle ladders 12 and 13 are pulled up on the uppermost ladder 11 until the stopper 15a hits the uppermost ladder 11, and then the upper, middle and lower ladders 11, 12 and 13 are rotated around the spindle 18 as a fulcrum. It is a mechanism to do.

By the way, while the above-mentioned lower ladder 13 is pulled up onto the middle ladder 12, and the lower and middle ladders 13, 12 which are stacked in two layers.
The uppermost ladder 11 while pulling up
The movable pulley 8 provided in the above-mentioned works as a fixed pulley, but when it is stacked in three layers and rotates from the inclined state toward the storage frame 1, it becomes the operation of the moving pulley, and theoretically, the tension of the rope 7 becomes three. Half of the moment of rotating the ladders stacked in layers
Therefore, the brake motor 2 can be stored horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 without applying an abnormal load to the brake motor 2. Further, when the telescopic ladder 10 is completely housed inside the storage frame 1, the millimeter switch 22 is actuated to stop the rotation of the brake motor 2 and the motor 2
The internal brake is operated to hold and fix the rope 7 of the rotating drum 3 so as not to loosen.

In order to unwind and use the telescopic ladder 10 from the storage frame 1, the operation switch (not shown) is turned on again and the brake motor 2 is driven in the unwinding direction. By the reverse process, first, the entire telescopic ladder 10 is rotated obliquely downward with the support shaft 18 as a fulcrum, and the rotation is blocked by the stopper 24a on the side of the storage frame 1 to a predetermined inclination angle, and then the uppermost ladder. Slide the middle ladder 12 and the bottom ladder 13 together from 11 and then the middle ladder 12 to the bottom ladder
Sliding 13 to make contact with the floor below, and this is detected by the limit switch 23 (Fig. 5) that detects the slack of the rope 7 between the rotary drum 3 and the guide pulley 19a, and the rotation of the brake motor 2 is detected. Is automatically stopped.

In this case, the inclination angle θ of the telescopic ladder 10 with respect to the floor surface 26 of the building
Even if the floor heights of the buildings are different, one type of expansion / contraction does not occur because the bottom ladder 13 slides in the longitudinal direction along the guide rails 14 of the middle ladder 12 at all. The ladder 10 can be used as it is for buildings with different floor heights, and the lower end surface of the lowermost ladder 13 is always properly grounded to the floor surface 26 at a constant angle, and each step 11b, 12b , 13b are held horizontally. Further, in the case of the present embodiment, one set of the expandable ladders 10 is formed by the ladders 11, 12 and 13 of upper, middle and lower three stages, but it is also possible to configure this into two stages, four stages or five stages. it can.

As described above, according to the present invention, unlike the conventional case, a plurality of ladders continuous in the longitudinal direction are swung upward and wound while being shortened by the power of the electric motor, and the ceiling of the building or the floor above the floor. The ropes to be hoisted are arranged so as to travel on both sides of the telescopic ladder to maintain safety for people going up and down, and especially to prevent unreasonable tension on the ropes. The second guide pulley and the fixed pulley provided on the storage frame are arranged within a range in which the projecting length from the support shaft to the handrail of the expandable ladder to the handrail is a radius, and the two guide guide pulleys and the fixed pulley are opposed to the storage support side of the support shaft. Arranged, when rotating after stacking each ladder,
Since the movable pulley provided on the uppermost ladder operates as a moving pulley with respect to the fixed pulley, the above-mentioned effects can be reliably obtained.
