Description of the Related Art When soldering an aluminum material, a flux is generally used to remove the oxide film on the surface of the aluminum material and to promote the fluidity of the solder. For example, apply flux in advance to the part to be solder plated of aluminum material,
After that, a method is known in which it is dipped in molten solder for solder plating. A method for applying solder plating to a large-area aluminum plate such as a strip plate is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Sho 60
No. 24359 discloses a method. The use of the flux requires coating and removing steps and a processing facility therefor, which causes a problem that the work becomes troublesome and the facility becomes large.

In this method, the material to be plated is immersed in the molten solder in the solder bath, and ultrasonic waves are applied to the material to be plated or the molten solder for plating. However, with this method, if the material to be plated has a large area, a large solder bath that can immerse it is required, and a large output of ultrasonic waves is also required, which makes the equipment large and the plating treatment There was a problem that it became impossible.

Presses the strip plate 2 from above and lowers the strip plate 2 to the jet portion 41d.
It is provided so as to contact with. The strip 2 held by the horn 5b is set to have a tension. As shown in FIG. 2, the tip portion 51b of the horn 5b is rounded so that the strip plate 2 can be slid smoothly and has a groove portion 52b in which the strip plate 2 is fitted. . That is, the width H1 of the groove 52b is set to be the same as the width H2 of the strip plate 2.

The ultrasonic wave is applied to 2 and the strip 2 is applied to the roller 1
When it is fed from a at a constant speed, the strip 2 is plated with the solder 4d while sliding along the tip 51b of the horn 5b. That is, the lower surface of the strip 2 is continuously solder-plated.

In the solder bath 4, since the solder 4d is jetted, no oxide film is formed on the surface of the solder 4d. Therefore, the solder 4d that contacts the strip 2 is always in a state of good reactivity. By these, the solder 4d is easily attached to the lower surface of the strip plate 2. That is, the solder plating on the lower surface of the strip 2 is efficiently performed.

Since it slides in the state of being fitted in b, the strip 2 will not be displaced by the ultrasonic waves applied. Therefore, the strip 2 always contacts the solder 4d continuously and uniformly and in a constant state, and the lower surface of the strip 2 is continuously solder-plated with a constant thickness.

Therefore, the process of removing the flux is also unnecessary, the work is simplified, and the equipment for applying the flux and the equipment for removing the flux are not required, and the equipment is simplified. Moreover, although it is a method using ultrasonic waves, since it is not a conventional dipping method, even if the strip plate 2 has a larger area, a small solder bath may be used. Therefore, the equipment becomes small.

However, the method of the present invention, as shown in FIG. One large-area aluminum plate having a thickness that cannot be used can be adopted as a target. In this case, the aluminum plate 20 is moved through the heating device 6 with its lower surface in contact with the jet portion 41d of the solder 4d. Since it is a thick plate, it is not necessary to set it to have tension. The aluminum plate 20 is, for example, 5-10.
It has a thickness of mm. In addition, in FIG. 3, FIG.

(2) Since it is preheated by the heating device 6, it is possible to suppress the solidification of the solder 4d when the strip plate 2 is touched. Therefore, the solder 4d can be easily attached to the strip 2 and the efficiency of solder plating can be improved. (3) Since the jet type solder bath 4 is used, the jet portion 4
The 1d solder 4d can have good reactivity with no oxide film on the surface. Therefore, the solder 4d can be easily attached to the strip 2 and the efficiency of solder plating can be improved. (4) Since the strip plate 2 is provided with tension, even if it is extremely thin, it is possible to prevent its thermal deformation. (5) The plating thickness can be easily controlled by variously setting the temperature of the solder 4d, the feeding speed of the strip 2 and the output of ultrasonic waves. (6) Since the method using ultrasonic waves is adopted, the flux applying step and the removing step and the equipment therefor can be eliminated, and the work can be simplified and the equipment can be simplified. (7) Although it is a method using ultrasonic waves, since it is not a conventional dipping method, even if the strip plate 2 has a larger area, the solder bath may be small. Therefore, the equipment can be made compact. (8) Since the tip portion 51b of the horn 5b has a rounded shape, the strip 2 can be slid smoothly. Further, since the groove portion 52b is formed, it is possible to prevent the strip plate 2 from being displaced by the ultrasonic waves applied. Therefore, the lower surface of the strip 2 can be continuously plated with a certain thickness of solder.
