Abstract

PURPOSE:To acquire the control information on the necessary items on a screen or in the form of the report output by controlling the communication control information on the transmission/reception via a memory for each control infor mation item. CONSTITUTION:The communication control information is stored in a memory part 2 through a memory control part 3 for each control information item and for each transmission/reception. When the communication result item information of the communication control information is displayed on a screen, the necessary items are pointed by an input operation part 1. As a result, a request is given to the part 3 via a retrieving part 4 to draw out the stored data on the communication result item. Thus the part 3 draws the data out of the part 2 and outputs them to a retrieving item production part 5. The part 5 produces the screen display data and outputs them to a display part 6. Then, the control information is displayed on the screen at the part 6. In a print-out state, the print-out data are produced at the part 5 and outputted to a recording part 7. Then, a control information report is outputted.
