<Prior Art> Liquid paper containers having a laminated structure mainly composed of paper have been widely used as food containers for milk, juices, sake, soy sauce, vinegar, edible oil and the like. Since containers for beverages such as sake and juice that are stored for a relatively long period of time are required to have perfect hermeticity, the container body is formed of a material having a gas barrier layer such as aluminum foil. In addition, many of such containers, which are provided with a pouring plug for pouring the contents, which is easy to open, are also used.

In a paper container with a spout, even if the main body itself has a gas barrier property as described above, the spout is an injection molded product of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene. There is a problem that the gas permeates from the pouring plug and the contents are oxidized to deteriorate the quality.

Therefore, in order to eliminate such problems, for example,
An outlet plug having a gas barrier film adhered to the back surface of the opening as described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-121357 is used.

However, in the above-mentioned pouring plug, when pulling the pull ring connected to the knob to tear and open the thin portion, the tear strength is increased by sticking the film, and it is not pulled strongly. There was a case that the opening could not be opened, or the end of the picking piece was cut by pulling strongly and it became impossible to pour.

Therefore, for example, as described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-178330, an attempt has been made to improve the unsealing property by using a part of a V-shaped groove forming a thin portion for opening as a through hole. However, there was a problem that it was still difficult to open. Furthermore, an attempt was made to reduce the thickness of the thin portion corresponding to the V-shaped groove, but since it was formed by injection molding, there was a limit to the thickness considering the resin surroundings.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> The present invention has been made in order to solve such problems, and when pulling the knob to tear and open the thin portion, a strong force is not pulled. Also, the present invention provides a method for producing a pouring plug that can be easily opened without causing the end portion of the picking piece to be cut and become incapable of pouring.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has a flange portion attached to an opening of a container, and a cylindrical ejection portion is formed in the flange portion. A ceiling wall portion is continuously provided so as to block the outlet portion, a thin wall portion for opening is formed in this ceiling wall portion, and a tapping piece main body in which a knob is continuously provided on the upper surface of the ceiling wall portion, In the method for producing a pouring stopper in which a gas barrier film is adhered to the back surface of the ceiling wall portion, the thin portion for opening is molded by injection molding of the pouring stopper main body so that the resin is rotated. It is characterized in that it is formed to have a large thickness, and after the gas barrier film is attached, the thin portion for opening is pressed and crushed by a die having a sharp tip to reduce the thickness.

<Operation> According to the present invention, after the gas barrier film is attached to the thin portion for opening of the pouring plug body, the wall thickness is reduced by pressing and crushing it with a die having a sharp tip. Even if the injection molding is performed, the resin can be thinned to the extent that the resin does not rotate. Further, by using a hot press mold or an ultrasonic horn head as the mold, the resin in the mold contact portion is melted together with the pressing by the mold, so that the wall thickness can be reduced more easily. It is also possible to make the wall thickness zero.

<Example> The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. First, FIG. 1 shows a pouring plug body (1) formed by injection molding using polyethylene (hereinafter referred to as PE) resin, which has a circular flange portion (11) attached to an opening of a container, The flange part (11) is formed with a cylindrical spout (12) having a screw shape (12a) formed to fit the cap on the outside, and the spout (12) is closed. To the wall (13)
The flange portion (11) and the lower surface are continuously provided on the same plane, and the thin wall portion (13a) for opening is formed in the ceiling wall portion (13) from the upper surface by a groove having a circular V-shaped cross section. A knob (13b) having a pulling ring (13b ') on the upper surface of the portion (13)
Are lined up.

The pouring plug (a) thus formed is placed on the pedestal (3) as shown in FIG. 3, and the thin portion for opening (13a) formed so as to be movable up and down. When the cylindrical tip having the same diameter is pressed by the press die (3) having a sharp tip, as shown in FIG. 5, the wall thickness of the thin portion for opening (13a) can be made thinner than that during injection molding.

Although the press die (3) is used in the above embodiment, a hot press die or a die having an ultrasonic horn head at the tip may be used. By using such a die, the resin in the die contact portion is melted together with the pressing by the die, so that the wall thickness can be further easily reduced.

Further, the thin wall portion (13a) for opening may be formed on the ceiling wall portion (13) from the lower surface by forming a thin wall portion (13a) for opening formed by a groove having a circular V-shaped cross section (see FIG. 6 (a)). By doing so, when the die is pressed, the thin portion for opening (13a) can be completely punched out as shown in FIG. 6 (b), and the thickness can be made zero.

The shape of the tip of the mold may be formed so that the tip is on the same plane as shown in FIG. 7 (a).
The whole thin portion for opening (13a) can be thinned to have a saw-tooth shape as shown in FIG. 7 (b) or an intermittent saw-tooth shape as shown in FIG. 7 (c). Alternatively, it is also possible to partially thin, for example, intermittently, thin the portion near the proximal end of the knob.

<Effects of the Invention> Since the present invention has the above-described structure, when the knob is pulled to tear and open the thin portion for opening, the opening can be easily performed without pulling with a strong force. It is possible to manufacture a spout stopper that does not become impossible to spout by cutting the end portion.
