材を配設した耐クラック性、意匠性に富む段葺きモルタ

一実施例について詳細に説明する。第１図は本考案に係
る段葺きモルタル壁の一例を示す縦断面図であり、１は
躯体で主柱、間柱、胴縁等からなるものである。２は下
地板で合板等の１種からなり、厚さを９mm〜12mm、大き
さは900×1800mmである。３は防水シートでアスファル
トフェルト、合成樹脂フィルム等の１種からなるもので
ある。４はモルタル下地でボード５を多数枚、その上下
端を重合して段葺き状に形成し、ボード５の重合部を釘
６で躯体１に固定したものである。さらに説明すると、
ボード５としては石膏ボード、シージングインシュレー
ションボード、プラスチックフォーム（密度40〜70kg／
m3）、珪酸カルシウム板、炭酸カルシウム板、防水合板
等の１種からなるものである。その寸法は厚さが９〜20
mm、幅150〜300mm位、長さ1800〜3030mmとしたものであ
る。７はラス材でステープル（図示せず）を介してボー
ド５上に固定したものである。８は角部形成材で無機質
の成形体からなるものであり、その形状としては第２図
(a)〜(c)に示すようなものである。すなわち、(a)図は
セメント押出成形体、セラミック焼成体等で後記するモ
ルタル壁９の厚さに対応し、かつ固定用の舌片8a、8bを
有し、(b)図は角部形成材８を8c、8dの２分割したもの
であり、(c)図は中空部8eを形成したものである。この
角部形成材８はモルタル壁９の段差部におけるクラック
の防止と段差部に異質感を醸し出し、より立体感の強化
と段差部のクラックを完全に排除するためのものであ
る。９はモルタル壁でモルタル下地４、ラス材７上にセ
メントモルタル組成物を塗布し、モルタル下地４と平行
