“Conventional technology” Conventionally, by drying grains so that the grain temperature and the drying loss rate satisfy predetermined conditions, it is possible to surely prevent the occurrence of cracks in the barrel and the deterioration of the taste and efficiently obtain good dry grains. The grain drying method described above is known and described in, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. Sho 59-14709 before the present application.

And, for example, when drying the glutinous rice using the above drying method, it may be finished and dried to a specified moisture value (for example, 14.5%) without causing cracks in the barrel, but when the glutinous rice is dried, In addition to the above conditions, even when the glutinous rice is finished and dried to a specified moisture value (for example, 14.5%), the commercial value of the glutinous rice, which does not appear white, is significantly reduced.

However, in the conventional drying method, during the drying operation, since no means for automatically detecting the rice paddy rate is used, after stopping the operation of the dryer by the completion of drying, There is an inconvenience that it is necessary for the operator to detect whether the rice glutinous rice is white or not, and when it is not white, to dry it again so that the rice glutinous rice can be whitened by restarting the dryer. However, there was a problem in that the rice husks were overdried due to the drying again, causing a cracking phenomenon.

The present invention detects the rate of rice husks during circulatory drying operation over time, and when the obtained rate of swelling exceeds a preset rate of swelling rate, the circulatory drying operation is automatically performed. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and an apparatus for drying glutinous rice that can be left for a certain period of time (for example, 24 hours) after being stopped, so that all glutinous rice can be whitely swirled and collected.

"Means for Solving the Problem" In order to achieve the above object, in the glutinous rice drying method of the present invention, the rate of swelling of dried glutinous rice during cyclic drying operation is sequentially detected and obtained. When the rate of swelling of rice glutinous rice exceeds the preset rate of swelling rate, the circulating drying work is automatically stopped and left for a certain period of time, and then collected. And a drying device for carrying out the above-mentioned drying method, a dryer for drying with hot air flowing through the glutinous rice in a circulating flow, and a part of the rice glutinous rice extracted with time from the dryer has a rate of warping. A crest rate detector for sequentially detecting, and a comparator circuit for comparing the rice hulls detection value detected by the cough rate detector and the crumple rate set value sent from the preset cough rate setting circuit, The automatic stop circuit is configured to automatically stop the dryer operation based on the signal from the comparison circuit when the comparison result of the comparison circuit indicates that the detected detection rate is equal to or larger than the set compression rate value.

[Operation] Now, after supplying a predetermined amount of glutinous rice, which is a grain to be dried, to the dryer, the glutinous rice is dried with hot air circulating while circulating and flowing in the dryer several times. Then, during the circulation drying operation as described above, a part of the glutinous rice is extracted with time from the dryer (for example, every one hour), and this is supplied to the wicking rate detector to wick the glutinous rice during drying. The rate is detected and the detection signal is sent to the comparison circuit. On the other hand, during the above-mentioned drying operation, it is more time-dependent (for example, every one hour) than the rate of heat setting circuit.
A standard value (for example, a moisture value of 1
4.5%, grain temperature 30 ° C) The set value of the spoil rate is sent as a signal to the comparison circuit and compared.

As a result, when the rice paddy haze rate detected over time with the progress of drying becomes the reference value or more, the comparator circuit sends a signal to the automatic stop circuit to activate the automatic stop circuit. The dryer operation is stopped at. Therefore, in this state, the mochi rice cake has a specified finished moisture value of 1
It will be dried to 4.5%.

If the dryer operation is stopped as described above, if it is left for a certain time (for example, 24 hours) under the same condition, the difference in water content between the rice husks disappears and the natural phenomenon of swelling progresses. However, since all the glutinous rice will be whitened, it can be taken out from the dryer and collected in an appropriate place.

[Example] A mochi-hud drying device for carrying out the method for drying mochi-hud according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Reference numeral 1 is a dryer having an arbitrary configuration capable of drying the glutinous rice in a circulating flow to a predetermined finished moisture value (for example, 14.5%) by hot air flowing through the rice. No. 2 is a method for detecting the rate of rice paddy hulls for a small amount of sample extracted with time from the dryer 1 during the drying operation (for example, every 1 hour) over time (for example, every 1 hour). It is a shear rate detector that can send a numerical value as a signal to the next-order comparison circuit 4.

No. 3 is rice glutinous rice with a grain temperature of 30 ° C and a finished moisture value of 14.5
The condition of a suitable rate for setting the percentage of moisture (for example, moisture value 14.5
%, Grain temperature 30 ° C.) is a haze ratio setting circuit that can always send a signal to the comparison circuit 4 during the drying operation. Numeral 4 compares the signal sent from the haze rate detector 2 with time with the signal sent from the hose rate setting circuit 3 with time to detect by the hose rate detector 2. When the numerical value of the generated crumpling rate exceeds the preset crumpling rate setting value, a comparison circuit is provided which has a function of quickly sending a signal to the automatic stop circuit 5 to stop the operation of the dryer 1. Yes, after the operation of the dryer 1 is stopped, the dried rice glutinous rice is allowed to stand for a certain period of time (for example, 24 hours) without absorbing moisture, and the moisture difference between the rice glutinous rice is measured. By removing it, all the rice husks can be brought into the desired white-wheat state.

When the moisturizing rate obtained by the operation of detecting rice husks during the drying operation exceeds the preset moistening rate set value, the dryer operation is automatically stopped and left for a certain period of time. As a result, it is possible to automatically finish and dry the glutinous paddy to the desired finish moisture value, or even if the glutinous paddy is sufficiently dried at the end of drying, as a result, the conventional drying method can be used. There is no concern about the proportion of swelling, as shown in Fig. 2, and the increase in the occurrence of cracks in the body caused by re-drying rice husks due to the insufficient swelling state and the troublesome labor associated with this increase The drying operation can be efficiently performed, and the rice paddy rate can be accurately detected by mechanical operation.
