を超音波により溶着した後この接合体の突条部9を液口
栓本体3の凹条部11へ嵌合した後セラミック製フィル
ター4を挿入する。この場合セラミック製フィルター4
に熱をかけながら挿入し、周囲の樹脂を溶融しフィルタ
ーと樹脂との空間をなくし気密の信頼性をはかる。尚こ
の時、膜は接合体の底部よりも更に内側にあるため膜を
溶かす心配がない。更に電解液の飛沫を多少でも防止す
るために、防沫板5を液口栓本体3内に嵌合する。尚液
口栓本体3の天面の内側と接合体7の天面との間に多少
の空間がある場合は、液口栓3に設けられた排気孔6と
接合体7に設けられた排気孔10との位置関係はずれて
いても良いが、空間をなくした場合は排気のためたがい
の孔の位置を合わせる必要がある。
