Claims (3)
- 1.導電性薄膜を形成する方法において、100nsec以下のパルス幅、約1 5mJ/cm2/パルス以上のフルエンスから塩素化ビニル系重合体がアブレー ションをうけない範囲のフルエンスまで、約190から約300nmまでの波長 及び約1ヘルツ以上の繰り返し数から熱効果により該重合体が変形及び/又は分 解をうけない範囲の繰り返し数までを有する、パルス光を真空又は脱酸素雰囲気 の下で塩素化ビニル系重合体の成形品に照射し、これによって少なくとも1×1 018/cm2の全照射光子数を該成形品に照射することにより導電性薄膜を形 成する方法。
- 2.導電性薄膜を形成する方法において,約15から約30mJ/cm2/パル スのフルエンス、約以上の繰り返し数から熱効果により塩素化ビニル系重合体が 変形及び/又は分解をうけない範囲の繰り返し数までを有する、KrFエキシマ レーザを真空又は脱酸素雰囲気中で塩素化ビニル系重合体の成形品に照射し、そ れによって約1×1019から1×1020/cm2の全照射光子数を該成形品 に照射することにより導電性薄膜を形成する方法。
- 3.該塩素化ビニル系重合体が塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル,ポリ塩化ビニリデン及び これらの混合物からなる群から選択される請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
