ャザー部（８）は、上記の腹部と腰部のエンドフラップ
（５）（６）の固定により、被装着者（10）の足が挿通
できる環状に接続されている。また腹部エンドフラップ
（５）の防漏層（２）側に、粘着性のホットメルト等を
塗布して貼着部（11）を形成し、この貼着部（11）を吸
収体（４）の腹部側の防漏層（２）外面に固定し得るよ
う形成する。この固定は第１図、第２図に示すごとく、
防漏層（２）外面の貼着該当部にポリエチレンフィルム
等により補強フィルム（12）を貼着して、貼着部（11）
との反復固定に耐えうるように形成している。またこの
貼着部（11）と補強フィルム（12）をベルクロスファス

ことがない。そして、腰部エンドフラップ（６）と腹部
エンドフラップ（５）とを、腹部エンドフラップ（５）
側を内側にして基端部（14）から折曲し、この腹部エン
ドフラップ（５）の防漏層（２）側の貼着部（11）を、
吸収体（４）の腹部側の外面に固定する。従来方式のご

のと同様の状態となり、被装着者（10）が多少暴れる等
の動きが有っても、外れたり、ズレたりする事なく容易
