間でつがいワークの移送及び組み付けを行うことができ
るので、従来のように構造が複雑で、動作に長時間を要
するワーク組付チャックが不要になる。従って、構造の
簡略化と部品点数の低減を達成して、低価格な装置を提
供できる。しかも、無駄な動作の省略によって、組付サ
イクルタイムを大幅に短縮でき、生産性の向上を実現で
きる等の効果を奏する。

組付方法。

させる一方のワーク移送機構と、 この一方のワーク移送機構に組み込まれて前記スタート
位置に復帰した第2ワークチャックを垂直保持姿勢から
ワーク組付台の組付面に対向する倒伏保持解除姿勢にか
けて起伏させ、一方のワークをワーク組付台の組付面上
に載置させる一方のワーク載置機構と、 前記つがいワーク取出機構に組み込まれて前記始端退避
位置に復帰した第1ワークチャックを垂直保持姿勢から
ワーク組付台の組付面に対向する倒伏保持解除姿勢にか
けて起伏させ、他方のワークをワーク組付台の組付面上
に載置されている一方のワーク上に組み付ける他方のワ
ーク組付機構とを具備したことを特徴とするつがいワー
