When the diamond tip is worn by using the above stone for polishing the stone surface, the rotating disk to which the diamond tip is fixed is also expensive, so only the diamond tip is replaced with a new one. It is desirable to reuse after reuse. However, special equipment is required to remove the brazed diamond tip and to newly braze it. Conventionally, a stone processing company transports a worn stone surface polishing grindstone to a stone surface polishing grindstone supplier, replaces it with a new diamond tip, and then sends it back. However, this is very complicated, such as the problem of transporting a stone for polishing a stone surface, which is not so lightweight.

However, since a large frictional force is applied to the dovetail groove and the convex portion of the support piece as described above when the stone material is polished, the convex portion and the dovetail groove are deformed. There is. In addition, there may be a manufacturing error, and even if it is firmly fixed as described above, some rattling may occur. Since a stone cutting grindstone only needs to be able to cut stone, such rattling is not a serious problem, but a stone surface polishing grindstone is used for finishing the surface of tombstones and building stones, and diamond If there is rattling on the tip, the diamond tip may be tilted due to frictional force and the stone surface may have irregularities that are not intended by the operator when polishing the stone, and the stone surface finish processing may not be performed cleanly. is there. Especially when the diamond tip is formed in a rod shape, even a slight deviation between the convex portion of the support piece and the dovetail groove causes a large rattling in the longitudinal direction of the diamond tip, resulting in a circular depression on the stone surface. May occur.

A plurality of receiving portions 2 are provided on one surface of the rotating disc 1. A dovetail groove 20 is formed in the receiving portion 2 in a direction intersecting a line extending radially from the center of rotation of the rotating disc 1. Generally, the diamond tips of the stone surface polishing grindstone are arranged radially from the center of rotation of the rotary plate or spirally arranged from the center of rotation. In the present embodiment, however, the receiving portion 2 is also arranged spirally. FIG. 1 centering on the central hole 11
A plurality of brazing surfaces 21 are brazed in a spiral shape as shown in FIG. In order to polish a stone material with the stone surface polishing grindstone of the present embodiment as described above, the polishing portion 3 is first fitted to the receiving portion 2 by the convex portion 32 and attached. In this state, if the polishing portion 3 is pushed in the direction in which the dovetail groove 20 is gradually narrowed, the polishing portion 3 is more firmly fixed and supported. When the stone surface polishing grindstone is rotated in this state to polish the stone material, the frictional force due to the polishing causes the polishing portion from the rotation direction side to the opposite side across the line extending radially from the rotation center of the rotating disk 1. Three
Therefore, the polishing unit 3 does not come off from the receiving unit 2 because it does not work. Rather, it is more firmly supported and fixed to the receiving portion 2 by the frictional force. Further, since two dovetail grooves 20 are formed and the diamond tip 31 is formed into a rod shape with the parallel direction of the dovetail grooves 20 as the longitudinal direction, the polishing portion 3 is firmly supported by the receiving portion 2 and the convex portion 32 and the dovetail portion 32. It is possible to prevent the diamond tip 32 from making a large rattling in the longitudinal direction due to a slight deviation from the groove 20, and it is possible to prevent unevenness that is not intended by an operator from being formed on the surface of the stone during polishing of the stone. When the diamond tip 31 is worn, the polishing section 3 can be easily removed by tapping the polishing section 3 in the direction in which the dovetail groove 20 gradually expands. It can be easily replaced with a different one.

The difference between the present embodiment and the stone surface polishing grindstones of the present embodiment is that the receiving portion 2 is formed on the peripheral edge of the rotary disc 1, and the dovetail groove 20 is formed in the centrifugal force direction of the rotary disc 1. It is rarely formed so that the groove width gradually narrows in that direction, the two dovetail grooves 20 of the receiving portion 2 are juxtaposed in the circumferential direction of the rotating disk 1, the diamond tip 3
1 is formed on the rod with the circumferential direction as the longitudinal direction. When the stone surface polishing grindstone of the present embodiment is rotated to polish the stone material, the frictional force due to the polishing causes the rotating disk 1 to rotate.
Also, since the dovetail groove 20 has a narrower groove width in that direction, it is difficult for the polishing portion 3 to slip out from the receiving portion 2, but it may slip inside the rotary disc 1. Considering this, the retaining member 14 is provided. That is, the retaining member 14 is fixed to the inside of the polishing portion 3 by the bolts 15 and the bolt holes 16 to prevent the polishing portion 3 from coming off inside the rotating disc 1. When replacing the polishing section 3, the bolt 15 may be loosened, the retaining member 14 may be removed, and the polishing section 3 may be tapped toward the inside of the rotary disc 1. Unlike FIG. 4, the retaining member 14
May be in the form of an integral ring.

According to the stone surface polishing grindstone according to the present embodiment described above, the diamond tip 3 is used as described above.
Since it is easy to replace No. 1, the stone processing company transports the worn stone surface polishing grindstone to the stone surface polishing grindstone supplier and replaces it with a new diamond tip, and then sends it back. It is possible to provide a grindstone for polishing a stone material surface, which does not need to be slid and does not complicate replacement of the diamond tip 31.

Moreover, even in the case of this embodiment in which the diamond tip 31 is formed in a long rod shape, the two protrusions 32 are provided in parallel in the longitudinal direction of the diamond tip 31, so that the protrusion 32 is formed. Even if a slight deviation between the dovetail and the dovetail groove 20 causes a large rattling in the longitudinal direction of the diamond tip 31, there is no fear that a circular dent or the like will be formed on the stone surface, and the stone surface finish processing can be performed neatly. It is possible to provide a whetstone for polishing a stone material surface that does not hinder the operation.

As described above, according to the stone surface polishing grindstone of the present invention, it is easy to insert and remove the polishing portion, and it is easy to replace the diamond tip. It is not necessary to transport a stone surface grinding stone that has been worn by a grinding stone supplier to a new diamond tip for replacement and then send it back. A grindstone for surface polishing can be provided.

Moreover, since a plurality of dovetail grooves are formed in parallel with each other in the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped diamond tip, and the diamond tip is formed so as to fit the dovetail groove, the diamond tip is supported. There is no fear that even a slight misalignment with the dovetail will cause a large rattling in the longitudinal direction of the diamond tip and circular recesses will be created on the stone surface, and there will be no hindrance to clean stone surface finishing. It is possible to provide a grindstone for polishing a stone surface.
