ともに、低摩擦皮膜形成時の高温にも十分に耐え得るよ
うにするため、先ず地金に窒化チタン、セラミックス等
の耐熱性、耐摩耗性の多孔質または梨地状の皮膜を被覆
し、その上に更に前記低摩擦皮膜を形成する。このよう
に二重に皮膜を形成した場合には、結果的に、初期摩耗
以後、低摩耗性皮膜に耐摩耗性の高い窒化チタン、セラ
ミックス等を介在させるような状態となり、低摩擦性且
つ耐摩耗性の表面を形成させることになる。

点を解決するため本考案では、第2図のごとく釜の地金
7の表面に地金の鉄より硬い窒化チタン、セラミックス
等を梨地状または多孔質項に硬化皮膜8を形成し更にそ
の表面に低摩耗係数の四フッ化エチレン、三フッ化塩化
エチレンおよびこれらの重合体のフッ素樹脂皮膜9を形
