(Prior Art) A photographic sheet film used for X-ray photography is usually sold in a light-tight sealed package in a state where a large number of sheets are overlapped with each other. When this sheet film is loaded in, for example, an X-ray imaging apparatus, the packaging bag is opened and replaced with a film supply magazine for storage. However,
To store the non-photosensitive film in the magazine, the operator conventionally opened the packaging bag made of the flexible light-shielding material by fingers in the dark room, took out the non-photosensitive film, and put it in the magazine. The method of loading has been taken, but such a method requires a dark room facility, and has a drawback that the film surface is scratched when the film is replaced and the workability is poor.

For this reason, a film supply magazine capable of accommodating unexposed sheet film in a bright room has been proposed and widely used. For example, after cutting one end of a film packaging bag, pulling the opposite end. By doing so, since the film packaging bag is pulled out, a relatively large pulling force is required because the film packaging bag rubs against each member in the magazine,
There was a problem in its workability.

The above object of the present invention is to provide a film supply magazine in which a light-shielding film packaging bag accommodating an unexposed sheet film is accommodated in a magazine by pulling it out through an ironing member. The member for regulating the position of the sheet film in the left-right direction is constituted by a rotatable guide roller held by a support shaft extending in the magazine thickness direction, and the distance between the guide rollers in the sheet film width direction is the film. It is achieved by a film supply magazine characterized in that it is narrower than the width dimension of the package and slightly wider than the sheet film.

As shown in FIG. 1, the film supply magazine 1 comprises a film storing main body 2 for storing a film and a lid 3 for closing the film storing main body 2, and the film storing main body 2 and the lid body. 3 and 3 are hinged by a hinge portion 4 so as to be openable and closable. An opening 5 for supplying a film to the photographing device is provided on the upper surface of the lid portion 3, and a slidable shutter 6 for opening and closing the opening 5 is provided.
On the side where the film packaging bag 15 is pulled out, the squeezing roller 7
a, a light shielding partition wall 9, and a light shielding roller 8a are provided. In the main body 2 for storing the film, a squeezing roller 7b paired with the squeezing roller 7a when the lid 3 is closed, a lower light-shielding partition 9'opposed to the light-shielding partition 9 of the lid 3, and a light-shielding roller. Two light-shielding rollers 8b and 8c are provided on the lower left and right sides with respect to 8a, and two guide rollers 10 for regulating the position of the sheet film 19 in the left-right direction are provided on each of the left and right sides.

The guide roller 10 is provided in the vicinity of the side portion of the film storing main body portion 2, is held by a support shaft 11 along the magazine thickness direction, and is rotatable. Further, the interval l (interval in the film width direction) between the guide rollers 10 is slightly wider than the film width.

The film supply magazine 1 is also provided with a light-shielding structure at the joint between the main body 2 for storing the film and the lid portion 3.
The seam of the outer wall is formed into a stepped fitting step portion.
Further, at the joint of the fitting step portion on the side opposite to the side on which the rollers and the like are provided, there is a slight gap so that the end portion of the film packaging bag 15 can be taken out of the magazine, but a light shielding function is provided. It is configured so that it will not be damaged. Film packaging bag 15
An extraction port 13 for the packaging bag 15 is provided on the outer wall on the side from which the packaging bag 15 is extracted.

As shown in FIG. 1, in the state in which the lid 3 is opened,
A film packaging bag 15 in which a large number of sheet films 19 sandwiched between a film protection paper 18 (for example, cardboard) is sealed is placed in the film storage main body 2 so as to be fitted between the guide rollers 10. At this time, the film packaging bag 15
The cut end 16 which is one end (open side of the film protective coating) is allowed to go out of the magazine from the fitting step, and the pull-out end 17 on the opposite side is taken out of the magazine from the pull-out port 13. To go to. Further, the film packaging bag 15 is considerably larger than the sheet film 19 as a whole, and both sides along the pulling-out direction are bent by the guide rollers 10 to be in a considerably cramped state.

After that, the lid 3 is closed in the direction of arrow A and locked. Then, the cut end 16 is opened with, for example, scissors, and the pull-out end 17 is pulled in the arrow B direction. When the film packaging bag 15 is pulled in this way, the packaging bag 15 is pulled out while being squeezed by the squeezing rollers 7a and 7b, and the sheet film 19 is left in the magazine in a state of being sandwiched between the film protection coating paper 18. At this time, the film packaging bag 15 passes through so that the portions on both sides thereof are rubbed between the sheet film 19 and the guide roller 10, but since the guide roller 10 rotates, the pullout resistance is small. In this way, the storage of the sheet film 19 in the magazine is completed. And
By mounting the film supply magazine 1 on the photographing apparatus and opening the shutter 6 which is closed (direction of arrow C) and conveying it by using a conveying means such as a suction cup, it is possible to supply the non-photosensitive film to the photographing apparatus. .

(Effects of the Invention) As described in detail above, according to the present invention, the position control member in the lateral direction of the film, which generates a relatively large frictional resistance when the film packaging bag is pulled out, is accompanied by the film packaging bag being pulled out. Since it is composed of a guide roller that rotates, the film pulling force is smaller than that of the conventional one in which the regulating member is simply a corner wall, and it is possible to provide a film supply magazine with excellent workability. I can.
