In addition, as a house of such a panel construction method, there is a standardized house which was previously promoted as a national project by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Construction mainly for the purpose of cost reduction and quality improvement. However, such a standardized house, as shown in, for example, FIG. 21, has a total of two floors, for example, to reduce costs, and as a result, the appearance tends to change poorly. In recent years, it may not be possible to sufficiently cope with the diversification of the tastes of residents.

Therefore, even in such a standardized house, it is desired to diversify the appearance and the like, and it is important to retain the characteristics of the standardized house as much as possible even when diversifying.

For this diversification, for example, as shown in FIG.
It was proposed to increase the variety of appearance and widen the living space by providing a house appendage B integrally connected to the house main body A as shown by the alternate long and short dash line in the main body A of the second floor. .

However, as described above, in the case where the roof assembly is performed according to the position of the house appendix each time, since the projecting position of the house appendage is diverse, it takes time to design, manufacture, store, etc. However, a change in the structure of the roof set tends to impair the characteristics of a standardized house, such as a structural change in each part of the main body of the house itself.

Therefore, the present inventors can suppress the change in the roof structure of the house main body A by covering the house main body A with the main roof and the house appendage B with the additional roof, and have a characteristic as a standardized house. We have devised a roof structure that can diversify the appearance of the house while maintaining it.

However, since the attached roof panel forming such an attached roof is attached after the construction of the main roof, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of the installation construction of the attached roof panel. Furthermore, in this way, to increase the construction efficiency, temporarily attach the attached roof panel hung by a crane etc., and shorten the usage time of the crane,
In addition, it is necessary to efficiently position the panels, and it is desirable to complete the installation of the main roof and the attached roof at the time of the upper building.

The present invention is based on the fact that the accessory roof panel can be supported by using the bundled metal fittings that have been erected at the eaves tip of the main body roof panel, and the accessory roof panel can be temporarily placed and facilitates alignment. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a roof structure which can shorten the use time of the crane and can meet the above-mentioned requirements.

The present invention forms a main body roof that covers a main body of a house using a main body roof panel, and further includes a house appendage that projects from the eaves side of the main body roof of the main body of the house and is continuous with the main body of the house. From outside and on the accessory part of the house, and an overlapping part that overlaps with the main body roof by extending from the overhang part to the ridge side of the main body roof, and using an auxiliary roof panel It is a roof structure in which a bundled metal fitting having a receiving plate is attached to the eaves tip portion of the main body roof panel while being covered with the projecting portion of the formed accessory roof and using a fixing plate provided at the lower end of the bundle material.

The house body is covered with a body roof using a body roof panel. Therefore, the roof of the main body of the house can be formed in substantially the same manner as in the case where the additional part of the home is not provided. For example, when the main body of the house is a standardized house, its characteristics can be retained. In addition, a house appendage is provided on the main body of the house so that the house can be changed to increase the variety and the living area. In addition, the house appendage is covered with the accessory roof that has an overlapping portion that overlaps the main body roof above and that is formed using the accessory roof panel. Therefore, the attached roof can be formed after mounting the main body roof, which is convenient for construction and can reduce the structural change of the main body of the house due to the provision of the attached house, which is useful for assembling and constructing the entire house. .
Further, the bundle fitting attached to the eaves tip of the roof panel of the main body is provided with a receiving plate at its upper end. Therefore, the attached roof panel can be temporarily placed by the receiving plate. Further, for example, even when it is hung on a crane or the like, the hanging rope can be removed by temporary placement, and the usage time of the crane can be shortened. Also, the accessory roof panel can be supported at different angles by changing the length of the bundle of the bundle.

The main body part of the house is covered by a main body roof using a main body roof panel. Therefore, the attached roof can be formed after the installation of the sloping body roof, which is convenient for construction and
It is possible to reduce the structural change of the main body of the house due to the provision of the additional part of the house, which is useful for simplifying the assembly and configuration of the entire house. Further, the bundle fitting attached to the eaves tip of the roof panel of the main body is provided with a support plate at an upper end thereof, which is inclined to match the inclination of the attached roof panel. Therefore, the attached roof panel can be properly placed temporarily by the support plate. Also, for example, even when it is hung on a crane or the like, the hanging rope can be removed after the temporary placement, and the usage time of the crane can be shortened. Also, the accessory roof panel can be supported at different angles by changing the length of the bundle of the bundle.
