If the projections 4a, 4b are positioned dislocated, eventual eccentric locating of the bolt 3 from the countersunk hole 1a due to the processing tolerance does not present any problem in fitting because of the resilience of the cap. In the upper part of the cap 4, a hole 4c is bored for additional tightening of the bolt 3 or removal, and the cap 4 is put off together with bolt 3 when it is to be put off.

【実施例】以下、本発明の実施例について説明する。図
1は、本発明のキャップ(4)を被せ、六角穴付きボル
ト(3)[以下ボルト(3)と記す]のゆるみ止めを施
した例を示す。被締結物(1)は、ボルト(3)によっ
て本体(2)に締結されている。十分にボルト(3)を
締め付けた後、キャップ(4)を打ち込む。座ぐり穴
(1a)にキャップの外側突起(4a)が圧入状態で装
着される。また、キャップの内側突起(4b)がボルト
(3)の側面に圧入状態ではめ込まれるため、ボルトの
ゆるみが止められる。図2は、図1の平面図である。座
ぐり穴側外側突起(4a)とボルト側内側突起(4b)
とは、図のように位置をずらせて配置しておけば、ボル
ト(3)が座ぐり穴(1a)と加工公差により多少偏心
していても、キャップに弾力性があるため装着上問題は
ない。ボルト(3)の増し締めや取り外しのため、キャ
ップ(4)の上部には穴(4c)が穿いている。キャッ
プ(4)は、ボルト(3)を外す際にボルト(3)と一
緒に外れてくる。図3は、他の実施例の平面図を示し、
図4は、その断面図を示す。本発明では、外側突起(4
a)をより鋭利とし、ボルトのゆるみ止めをより確実な
ものとしている。また、内側の突起(4b)は、ボルト
(3)の溝(3a)にはめ込まれ、ゆるみ止めを確実に
している。この場合、外側突起(4a)は、連続的に配
置してもよいし、この突起をローレット加工等により形
成してもよい。 図5、図6は6角ナットに適用した実
施例を示し、図5は平面図、図6は断面図である。キャ
ップ(4)には座ぐり穴(1a)に圧入される外側突起
(4a)を設ける。また、六角ナットの3辺の動きを規
制する内側突起(4b)を設ける。ナット(3)を十分
に締め付けた後、内側突起(4b)をナットの3辺に合
わせて打ち込めば、ナットの回転は規制される。この場
合、六角ナットのかわりに六角ボルトであっても同じ効
果が得られる。ボルトやナットを外す場合は、予めキャ
ップを外しておく必要がある。図7は、座ぐりの穴がな
い場合にも、本考案のキャップを利用できる他の実施例
を示す。固定座金(5)の圧入部(5b)を被締結物
(1)のボルト穴(1b)に圧入状態で打ち込み、固定
座金(5)がまわらないようにする。固定座金(5)に
は中心部にボルトの座ぐり穴(5a)を設けておく。ボ
ルト(3)を十分に締め付けた後、キャップ(4)を打
ち込めば、既述の例のようにボルトのゆるみが止められ
る。 以上、各種の実施例を述べたが、それぞれの手法
を組み合わせて本発明を実施することができるのは言う
までもない。また、このキャップはプレス加工、ヘッダ
加工、焼結などの方法で容易に製作可能であることが察
知できる。
