【従来の技術】従来のオープンタイプ又は、ソフトトッ

合に備えてロールバー又はそれに准ずるものを装備する
場合があるが、通常使用状態では、うっとうしさ又は、
外観を損ねる等安全対策以外には具合にの悪いものであ
る。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】そこで、各メーカー
は、フロントピラーの強度を上げる。又は、ロールバー
又は、それに准ずるもののデザインに工夫を凝らしてい
るが、安全上、又は、開放的な感覚には問題が残ってい
る。本発明は、このような問題点を解決するための発明
である。

【課題を解決するための手段】いま、その構成を説明す
ると、
（イ） ロールバーの支柱部が突出、格納できる構造を
設ける。
（ロ） その支柱部にロールバーを押し出す構造を設け
る。
（ハ） 通常、ロールバー支柱が格納した状態を維持さ
せるストッパを設ける。
（ニ） 横転、転覆等非常時に反応するセンサと、スト
ッパ解除装置を設けて、センサの信号が発信されると、
ストッパ解除装置が作動するとなる回路を設ける。
（ホ） ロールバー支柱突出、形成後、格納されないよ
うにする戻り防止ストッパを設ける。

【作用】本発明の作用を述べると、車両が横転、転覆し
始めた場合に非常時感知反応をする危険感知センサが、
それを感知、ストッパ解除装置に信号を送り、ストッパ
解除をする。それによってロールバー支柱押し出し構造
が働いて、ロールバーを形成する。この時、同時に戻り
防止ストッパが作動して元に格納されない状態を作る。
このようにして乗員の安全を確保する。
