Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an acoustic board having improved bending strength and fine appearance while excellent acoustic characteristics inherently included in an acoustic layer are maintained by composing an acoustic board in a manner that a porous surface decorative laminated layer formed by solidifying particulate matters is put on an acoustic layer formed by solidifying woody fiber. CONSTITUTION:An acoustic board 1 is composed of an acoustic layer 2 formed by solidifying woody fiber and a porous surface decorative laminated layer 3 formed by solidifying granular bodies. The woody fiber used in the acoustic layer 1 is of the kind that after scrap lumbers or the like are turned into lumber chips with suitable size for fiber opening, the lumber chips are opened and then made into fibrous shape. The acoustic layer 2 is made such that woody fiber is mixed with an adhesive consisting of thermosetting resin or the like and laminated into a layer and, subsequently, it is then solidified under pressure and heat. A porous surface laminated layer 3 formed by solidifying granular bodies with an adhesive is put on the acoustic layer 2.

On the other hand, FIG. 5 shows the sound absorption characteristics of an example of a soft fiber board for sound absorption based on JIS A-6304. In FIG. 5, the broken line indicates the sound absorption characteristics of a soft fiberboard having a density of 0.3 g / cm 3 , a thickness of 12 mm and no perforation, which is shown for comparison, and the solid line indicates , A density of 0.30 g / cm 3 , a thickness of 12 mm, and sound absorption characteristics of a perforated soft fiber board for sound absorption. As is clear from FIG. 5, the sound absorbing soft fiber board conforming to JIS A-5905 generally has improved sound absorbing property due to the perforation process. However, since the holes are exposed on the surface, there is a problem in that the appearance is not preferable. In the present invention, the bending strength of the sound absorbing plate can be improved by laminating a porous surface decorative layer made of powder particles as a surface decorative layer on the sound absorbing layer. In addition, since this porous surface decorative layer is one in which powder particles are fixed, voids are generated, and sound waves can be efficiently introduced into the sound absorbing layer, and the excellent sound absorbing characteristics originally possessed by the sound absorbing layer are provided. Can be maintained.

The above-mentioned waste lumber is used as a mixture of one or several species of coniferous trees such as cedar and cypress, and broad-leaved trees such as beech. Since the quality of the fiber differs depending on the species, a wood board of constant quality is obtained. For this purpose, it is preferable to use a lumber waste material of one tree species, but it is preferable to mix a plurality of kinds economically. The size of the above-mentioned small pieces of wood affects the bending strength of the wooden board, and when the size becomes smaller, the strength decreases, so the size varies depending on the quality of the target wooden board, but its shape is a rectangular parallelepiped.
