Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a wire stringing method in which the connection work of a wire or laying rope, required during the wire stringing work, can be carried out without requiring a troublesome temporary fixing work and the wire can be laid while being applied with required tension even if the conditions in the working sites at the opposite ends of a working section are bad. CONSTITUTION:In the wire stringing method for laying a new wire or removing an old wire at first and second work sites A, B at the opposite ends of a working section while feeling or winding a wire C or a wire laying rope R, a high position wire stringing machine 1 equipped with a pinching means 2 having an elastically variable pinching gap is installed on a pole contiguous to the first work site A. The work is carried out while bringing the rising part Su or the falling part Sd in the first work site A into tension free state by braking or forcibly feeding a linear body using the high position wire stringing machine 1. Consequently, temporary fixing work is not required in the connection work nor a winding or feeding machine is required to be installed on the ground thus enhancing the flexibility in the conditions at the work site.

2. Description of the Related Art Various methods are known for extending and removing electric wires, but the method generally called a pull-through method is basically different in both the power distribution field and the power transmission field, though they are basically different from each other. Is done as follows. That is,
As shown in FIG. 7, a first work site A is provided at one end of the wire extension work section and a second work site B is provided at the other end of the wire extension work section. While the electric wire C is being fed out while applying the brake, the wire is extended by winding the wire rope R connected to the tip of the electric wire C at the second work site B. Further, in the case of removing the existing electric wire, the existing electric wire is removed by winding the existing electric wire at the second working place while applying a certain amount of braking by the wire rope extended from the first working place side.

Although many methods have already been devised for such a construction method so that the work can be carried out safely and efficiently as it is, there are still many problems to be solved. For example, one of them is a work of connecting an electric wire, a wire rope, or a necessary accessory in the middle of the wire drawing. This connection work is performed at the rising part Su and the pulling down part Sd of the first work area A to the second work area B in FIG.
A certain tension is also applied to the pull-down portion Sd and the pull-down portion Sd, and it is necessary to perform the connection work while maintaining this tension. For this reason, it is indispensable to temporarily fix the side to which the tension is applied by some means, but the connecting work involving this temporary work requires a great deal of work, and its improvement is required.

Another problem is a problem particularly in the electric power distribution field, where there is a relatively large amount of construction work in the city. However, there is a problem associated with securing work sites at both ends of the wire extension work section. That is, if there is not enough space in the work place or the location is bad, it is not possible to bring in mechanical equipment such as a wire drawing work vehicle, or even if it is brought in, it will operate in a sufficiently stable state. In some cases, it cannot be done. Then, in that case, after all, the electric wire is forced to be extended in a state of being hung down to the ground without applying tension, which causes various troubles in relation to the obstacle on the ground.

Further, in the field of electric power distribution, there is a problem regarding safety and efficiency in the work of re-installing the existing overhead ground wire. As a method for replacing the existing overhead ground wire, those disclosed in, for example, Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 4-44482 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 1-91606 are known.

[0006] In all of the techniques disclosed in these, it is premised that the work is advanced with the lower high-voltage distribution line in a live state, and the existing overhead ground wire that has been rusted and brittle for many years is broken. Although each device is devised to remove it without causing trouble, they both require protective measures for high-voltage distribution lines and protective equipment for workers, and the existing overhead ground wire being removed. There are some things that are inadequate in safety because it can not avoid troubles such as falling when it breaks, and many specialized tools and equipment are required, so it is often used for preparation work such as installation and withdrawal work However, it takes time and effort to reduce efficiency.

Furthermore, in the field of power distribution, the following problems remain regarding extension and withdrawal of bypass lines used for uninterruptible power supply even when replacing existing distribution lines. As a method of extending the bypass line, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 4-
The one disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 27763 is known. This method is used when a cable with a structure that cannot be tensioned is used as a bypass line.To prevent tension from being applied to the bypass line, first attach a support line to the necessary section, and then install this support line. It is designed to be extended while holding bypass lines at regular intervals using a number of mobile wagons using lines, and it is possible to install and withdraw support lines, supply and recover mobile wagons, etc. It has a lot of disadvantages such as a large amount of work and a large number of moving wagons as well as a lot of other equipment.

Therefore, recently, improvement has been advanced by developing a bypass wire which can be drawn by applying a certain amount of tension and pulling it through by a construction method. Regarding the extension and withdrawal of this tensile strength type bypass wire There are still challenges. That is, the bypass line is designed so that various lengths prepared in advance are connected and used according to the length of the work section, and if this is extended by the passing method, the above-mentioned connection work will be performed. The problem arises. In addition, there is a problem associated with securing the above-mentioned workplaces associated with the pull-through method.

In the wire drawing method according to the present invention, a first work area is provided at one end of the wire drawing work section and a second work area is provided at the other end.
Each work place has its own work. In each of these work places, the wire is unrolled and wound, while the new wire is extended and the old wire is removed. Install a high-altitude wire drawing machine equipped with at least one pair for braking or forcibly sending out the body on the utility pole or steel tower adjacent to the first work site, and use this high-area wire drawing machine to brake the linear body. By forcibly sending, the work is performed with the rising portion and the pulling portion in the first work place being in a tensionless state.

According to this wire-drawing method, the rising portion or the pulling-down portion in the first work place, which requires connection work for the wire or the wire rope during the wire drawing, is in a tensionless state. The connection work can be performed without any special treatment, and the connection work can be simplified.

Here, the linear body thus subjected to the connecting process passes through the high-place wire drawing machine while holding the connecting portions having different diameters, that is, the different diameter portions. The different diameter portion is absorbed by the elastic structure given to the clamping means of the high-altitude wire drawing machine, that is, the structure in which the clamping gap is elastically variable, so that the difference in diameter is absorbed, so that it can pass without any resistance. it can. If the elastic structure that absorbs the irregularities in the different diameter portion forms the sandwiching means with the airtight hollow rubber roller, a more flexible and large absorbing force can be obtained, and the force transmission for braking or forced delivery can be achieved. It is particularly preferable because it can be efficient.

Further, according to this wire-drawing method, it is not always necessary to install a mechanical device such as a wire-drawing work vehicle on the ground, so that it is necessary even when a sufficient work space cannot be secured at the end of the work section. Work can be carried out while stably securing the wire drawing tension, and it is possible to avoid interference with obstacles on the ground.

The connection work is mainly performed in either the first or the second work site depending on whether the new line is extended or the old line is removed, but in some cases, it is necessary at both work sites. There is also. In addition, the condition as a workplace may be bad not only on the side of the first workplace but also on the side of the second workplace. Therefore, in such a case, a second high-altitude wire drawing machine should also be installed on an electric pole or a steel tower adjacent to the second work site, and the second high-altitude wire drawing machine should be used to form the linear body. This can be dealt with by making the pull-down section and the start-up section in the second work area also in a tensionless state by braking or forcibly sending out.

The wire-drawing method for removing an existing overhead ground wire according to the present invention uses the basic construction of the above-mentioned wire-drawing method, and uses the same high-altitude wire drawing machine as described above.
This high-altitude wire extension machine is attached to the ground wire cap of the adjacent utility pole at the first work site on one end side of the removal work section so as to project from the upper end by a predetermined height, and each of the existing overhead ground wires of the removal work section is attached. Connect the wire extension rope to the end, and then use the winch installed at the second work site on the other side of the highway wire drawing machine and the removal work section to specify the existing overhead ground wire of the removal work section through the wire extension rope at both ends. After pulling up under the tension state, the existing overhead ground wire can be
By forcibly sending out to the work place, the existing overhead ground wire is collected with the pulling down portion in the first work place in a tensionless state.

According to this existing overhead ground wire removal method,

The above points will be specifically described as follows. That is, according to the data obtained by repeating the test by the present inventors, although the existing overhead ground wire with advanced rust is easily broken, it is a case where a load is applied flexibly, and a load is applied in the axial direction. In some cases, the strength is sufficient to withstand a load of at least about 1 ton. Therefore, if tension is applied while satisfying this condition, breakage is unlikely to occur. Further, according to the present invention, when the existing overhead ground wire is removed, no load other than its own weight is applied to the pull-down portion, which is a portion where a load may be flexurally generated, and a load is applied only in the axial direction in the horizontal portion. Therefore, the above condition can be satisfied. That is, the existing overhead ground wire can be removed without causing breakage in the horizontal portion that causes a fall that causes an accident. Further, even if the pull-down portion is broken due to a bending load due to its own weight, in this case, the lower portion only has to fall, so it does not lead to an accident.

Further, according to this existing overhead ground wire removal construction method, since dedicated equipment and tools are mainly required only for the high-altitude wire-drawing machine, the preparation work and the withdrawal work are greatly reduced as compared with the conventional method. In addition, since all necessary work is within the range that can be performed using a work platform for aerial work, protective equipment for workers can be eliminated and it is higher than the ground wire cap. Since the existing overhead ground wire to be removed can be pulled up by the high-altitude wire extension machine installed at the position and the removal work can be proceeded while being sufficiently separated from the live high-voltage distribution line, protective measures for the high-voltage distribution line are possible. Can be simplified.

Furthermore, even with this existing overhead ground wire removal construction method,
The tension-free state of the pull-down part and the start-up part functions similarly to the above-mentioned wire-drawing method with respect to the simplification of the connection work and the flexibility with respect to the workplace conditions, and the elastic structure in the clamping means of the high-altitude wire drawing machine is different. It functions to facilitate passage of the diameter part. Therefore,
A second high-altitude wire drawing machine should be installed also on a telephone pole adjacent to the second work area, and an existing overhead wire extension machine should be installed by this second high-altitude wire drawing machine and the first high-area wire drawing machine on the side of the first work area. These merits can be more effectively utilized by maintaining the tensioned state at the time of pulling up and collecting the ground wire and keeping the rising portion in the second work area tensionless.

Regarding such an existing overhead ground wire removal method, if the existing overhead ground wire has a sufficient strength in the axial direction, a new overhead ground wire is connected to the end of the second work site instead of the extension rope. However, it is also possible to extend the existing overhead ground wire at the same time as removing the existing overhead ground wire, and by doing so, the replacement of the overhead ground wire can be performed more efficiently.

Similarly, the basic construction of the above-mentioned wire drawing method is used, and the same high-place wire drawing machine as described above is used for wire drawing and recovery of the bypass wire, and the first work site at one end of the reconnection work section. At the mid-height position of the adjacent utility pole, a high-place wire drawing machine is installed. When the bypass wire is drawn, the high-wire drawing machine is installed on the linear body consisting of the bypass wire and the wire rope connected to the bypass wire. When the bypass wire is collected, the linear body is directed to the first work site by a wire drawing machine at a high place when braking is applied to make the start-up part in the first work place tensionless. By forcibly sending out, the pull-down part in the first work place is brought into a tension-free state to recover the bypass line.

The tension-free state of the pull-down part is used to simplify the work of separating the connection part, and also to simplify the work of winding the bypass wire, so that the work as a whole can proceed efficiently. Has become. The simplification of the connection work is as already explained above, and the simplification of the connection part separation work is also the same,
Here, simplification of the winding operation will be described. That is,
Since the pull-down part in the first work area is tensionless,
By winding the bypass wire to be withdrawn onto the cable drum by hand, it is possible to save the trouble of moving the winch work vehicle normally located at the second workshop to the first workshop. is there. Further, this also leads to the flexibility of the workplace condition that the work can be efficiently performed even in the location condition where the work vehicle cannot be introduced.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the high-altitude wire drawing machine 1 is provided with a pair of upper and lower clamping means 2, 2 and a driving means 3, and a pair of front and rear guide roller units 4, 4. The holding means 2 is formed by a hollow rubber roller formed in a spherical shape and filled with gas at a constant pressure, and the driving means 3 is composed of a speed reducing portion 5 and a motor portion 6.
Then, a linear body such as an electric wire or a wire rope to be sandwiched between the two clamping means 2 and 2 is braked by a constant force according to the braking force or the rotational driving force transmitted from the driving means 3, or is forcibly forced. The holding means 2, 2 formed of hollow rubber rollers are elastically deformed so that even a different diameter portion such as a connecting portion of the linear body can be braked like other portions. It can be sent and received. Since this example is an example of extending a distribution line having a relatively small tension, the sandwiching means 2 is a pair.
When the required drawing wire tension is high, a plurality of pairs are provided in a multiple manner accordingly.
