In plants that are used under severe physical or chemical conditions, strong dirt often accumulates and accumulates, which makes it difficult to operate and sometimes even requires renewal of the plant itself. There are many cases where strong carbides are generated in plants that handle organic substances. These carbides often harden and adhere strongly so that they cannot be easily removed by washing with a solvent or conventional detergents. When these carbides accumulate inside the plant, the plant operation must be stopped for a long time in order to remove these contaminants, and it costs a lot of money to use mechanical power or scrape by hand. In reality, it was necessary or even necessary to renew the plant itself or part of it (for example, internal packing).

Not only the plant itself, but also the filling materials inside are often very expensive, so there is a demand for easy cleaning and re-use. Therefore, there has been a long-felt need for a cleaning agent that can easily remove strong adherent dirt, especially carbide dirt, that has adhered to the plant.

As a result of intensive studies to provide such a cleaning agent, the present inventors have found that hypochlorite has an excellent cleaning effect on a wide variety of carbides. In addition, plants are usually made of metal, and hypochlorite is very corrosive to metals, so corrosion may shorten the life of the plant. It has also been found that the combined use of and prevents the corrosion of metal, and completed the present invention.

The method for cleaning the soil of the plant using the cleaning agent of the present invention is appropriately selected depending on the spot where the soil is attached, the shape and material of the plant, the purpose of cleaning, and the like. That is, in the case of the glass fiber reinforced resin or the glass lining, which has no fear of corrosion at all, it is possible to circulate and stir in the plant. When the internal components of the plant can be taken out, such as the rectification tower or the packing of the reactor, there is no risk of corrosion of the plant body if taken out to the outside and washed in a separate washing tank.

Hypochlorite, which is an essential component of the cleaning agent of the present invention, is a fairly strong oxidizer, and it acts to cut the weak part of organic matter or change the terminal to carboxylate, thereby improving the adhesion of carbides. It is considered that the reduced desorption shows a good cleaning action on the carbide.

Example 3 higher fatty (C 6 -C 18, coconut fatty acid) in a continuous distillation column, the flow efficiency reduction in the tower was observed with long-term operation, operational efficiency came decreased. It was found that this was due to the bad influence of tar-like and carbide-like stains adhered to the distillation column packing in large amounts.

As the cleaning liquid, one having a composition of sodium hypochlorite 3% (effective chlorine content about 3%), isopropanolamine 0.1% and caustic soda 0.5% was used. After the cleaning liquid was circulated and stirred, the cleaning liquid was washed at a temperature of 60 ° C. for 3 hours, then the packing was taken out from the cleaning tank and washed with water. The washing condition was evaluated visually and by weight.

Most packings (unit weight: about 15 to 20kg) could be cleaned almost completely in one cleaning step, but some incomplete packings could be cleaned almost completely by repeating the above process. .
The washed fillings had a silver-white selective surface similar to new stainless steel. Almost no metal corrosion was visually observed on the object to be cleaned.
