【考案の詳細な説明】 (1)産業上の利用分野 本案は毛筆の穂先部を成形するにあたり、材料毛に水分
を含ませることなく乾燥状態のままで使用し、根元がか
らんだりほつれたりする毛は一本も無く、整一な根元が
形成され、さらにこれを芯として上毛層をその周囲に形

のより簡単な手段をとり入れ、児童や素人にも容易に採

穂締め器の端面と一致させる。次で前記材料毛を巻いた
白紙を除去する。この段階の材料毛を本案の有底根ぞろ
え器のなかに根元の穂締め器側を開口部から挿入する。
すなわち該根ぞろえ器は一端開口、他端有底の筒状体で
あって、穂先部よりやや太く、胴部長さは所要の穂先部
より長い寸法の筒状体で、底部から開口部に向い稍径大

面を底部４に衝突させる。第８図に示すようにこれを取
り出して上毛層の根元端面を揃え上毛締めの筒１４を引
下げ、芯の穂締め器５の位置に一致させる。かくして上
毛層を介して穂締め器と重合した根元が形成され、ここ
で端面からはみ出た余分の毛を除去する。この端面の毛
に対し接着剤を泌みこませて端面近傍の毛を一体に結合

する上毛層も上毛締め筒につめこまれて堅固な層を形成
するので、脱け毛とかほつれからみを生ずるおそれはな
い。従来の如く毛先を保持して板面に対し殆ど重力で上
下して根元をそろえる方法に比し格段に堅固な根締めが
