2. Description of the Related Art At present, the blood collection of a human body is usually performed by a vacuum blood collection tube. The inside of this vacuum blood collection tube is kept vacuum by a robust rubber stopper, and blood is drawn from the human body into the vacuum blood collection tube by using an instrument having injection needles at both ends. For blood testing, it is essential to dispense blood from the blood collection tube to the outside, and it is necessary to stir or centrifuge the blood in the blood collection tube for the purpose of the test.

Conventionally, for these operations, a blood test is performed by manually removing the rubber stopper, but the rubber is fitted tightly to maintain the vacuum state, and the stoppers of many vacuum blood collection tubes are pulled out. On the other hand, while it is a difficult task, you must be very careful not to spill blood when opening the cap, and if the blood inside jumps, the inspector touches the blood and may cause infectious diseases such as hepatitis and AIDS. There is also a risk of getting infected. For this reason, although an automatic capping machine is being used, even if it does not hinder the dispensing of blood because it is capped, stirring and centrifugation are difficult to perform in the capped state, and the processing speed is significantly slowed down. If it is to be done smoothly, it is necessary to plug it again, but this work is not only time-consuming but also complicated.
For this reason, it has been proposed to puncture the needle for suction, but a negative pressure is generated inside, and a large amount of suction or injection is impossible. To solve this, it is necessary to open an air hole, but this work is also very troublesome.

The present invention relates to a method of pouring a desired liquid such as a reagent into such a vacuum blood collection tube or sucking blood contained therein to the outside. Usually, the collected blood is stored in such a vacuum blood collection tube, and a plug body is fitted in the opening and sealed. The stopper may be made of natural or artificial rubber or plastic. The penetrating portion may be formed of a soft member so that the penetrating tip can easily penetrate, or a thin member may be formed to facilitate the penetrating. The penetrating tip having the hollow nozzle is press-fitted into the plug body made of such a pierceable member by the pressing means.

Preferably, the penetrating tip has a receiving portion formed at the upper end, and the receiving portion receives the pressing force of the pressing means. As described above, the receiving portion of the penetrating tip is a portion that receives a force from the pressing means that is pierced by the plug body, and may be anything as long as it can efficiently transmit the pressing force to the nozzle, for example, a flat disk shape. Desirably, funnel type, hemispherical type, and leopard type are preferable. The penetrating tip is inserted into the plug body by pressing means. The pressing means is a manual or automatic mechanical means that moves the piston up and down.

It is sufficient that the pressing means has a simple bar shape so that the penetrating tip is pressed. However, it is desirable to form a needle portion at the tip that fits into the nozzle of the penetrating tip, and insert this needle portion into the hollow nozzle of the penetrating tip. Press it into the stopper while inserting it. In this case, it is preferable that the hollow nozzle of the penetrating tip is filled with the needle portion when the hollow nozzle and the needle portion have the same length and the needle portion is inserted. Further, it is desirable that the pressing means has a shape inscribed in the receiving portion of the penetrating tip so that the penetrating tip effectively receives the pressing force of the pressing means.

The vacuum blood collection tubes are arranged side by side on a rack or the like, the penetrating tip is set up on the stopper body by hand, and the pressing means is pushed down from above. Alternatively, with the needle portion of the pressing means inserted into the hollow nozzle of the penetrating tip, the pressing means is pushed down toward the lower vacuum blood collection tube. Next, the pressing means is pulled up leaving only the penetrating tip, and the nozzle of the suction or injector is inserted into the hollow nozzle of the penetrating tip to face the inside of the vacuum blood collection tube.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Referring to the drawings, 1 is a vacuum blood collection tube having an opening 2 and 3 is a rubber stopper fitted in the opening 2. Reference numeral 4 represents blood collected in the vacuum blood collection tube 1. Reference numeral 5 is a penetrating tip, 6 is a hollow nozzle, and 7 is a funnel-shaped receiving portion formed on the upper end thereof. Reference numeral 8 denotes a pressing means including a needle portion 9 that is almost inscribed in the penetrating tip 5 and an enlarged portion 10 that is inscribed in the receiving portion 7. The pressing means 8 vacuums the penetrating tip 5 with the penetrating tip 5 mounted. The stopper 3 of the blood collection tube 1 is penetrated. FIG. 2 shows a state in which the pressing means 8 is integrally penetrating with the penetrating tip 5 fitted. In FIG. 3, the pressing means 8 is pulled out from the penetrating tip 5,
The state where the dispensing nozzle 11 of the inhaler is facing upward is shown. The outer diameter of the dispensing nozzle 11 is smaller than the inner diameter of the penetrating tip 5.

As described above, in the present invention, it is not necessary to remove the stopper because the penetrating tip is press-fitted by the pressing means to establish a communication state with the outside, and blood is dispensed and other work is performed in that state. There is no scattering of liquid that can occur when opening the cap, and since the penetrating tip is only inserted, there is no hindrance to work such as stirring and centrifugation, and a large amount of mechanical suction or injection can be performed. Is. Further, when the penetrating tip is fitted in the pressing means, since the hollow nozzle of the penetrating tip is closed by the needle portion of the pressing means, the material such as the rubber piece of the plug body enters the penetrating tip and the passage of the penetrating tip is inserted. There is no blocking, and a communication hole is secured in the hollow nozzle by pulling out the needle portion.

Further, when the penetrating tip is provided with the receiving portion, this portion is pushed by the pushing means, so that the pushing of the pushing means can be effectively absorbed. As a result, there is no problem even if the diameter is large, and accordingly, the inner diameter can be made larger than the diameter of the dispensing nozzle, so that the nozzle having the inner diameter larger than the diameter of the dispensing nozzle can be obtained. Therefore,
When the dispensing nozzle is inserted, there is room for ventilation on the outside, and it is not necessary to pierce the needle to separately provide a ventilation hole. Further, when the penetrating tip funnel-shaped receiving portion is formed, pressing can be performed without trouble even when the center of the pressing means or the penetrating tip is displaced.
