2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a thick film type paint called anti-chipping paint is used in order to prevent pebbles that bounce up when a car travels from hitting the car body and causing moisture to penetrate from scratches to cause rust on steel plates. It is applied to the underside of floors, wheelhouses, side sills, etc. In addition, a sealing material is applied to the joints of the steel plates and the bent portions at the ends to prevent water from entering. In addition, as a rust preventive measure for steel structures, bituminous paints and tar epoxy paints that use epoxy resin in combination with bituminous substances are used, but the bituminous substances used in this case are solid at room temperature. Alternatively, since it has physical properties of remarkably low fluidity, it has been necessary to use a solvent-added varnish or a hot-melt coating for forming a paint.

Initially, the chipping-resistant paint applied to these parts was mainly a type in which a filler was dispersed in a bituminous binder, but the bituminous paint film becomes hard and easily cracked when the temperature becomes low, The so-called inferior cold resistance is exposed, and therefore vinyl chloride resin, vinylidene chloride resin, vinyl acetate resin homopolymers and copolymers of these resins are plasticized with suitable plasticizers, phthalic acid plasticizers, etc. The present situation is that a plastisol composition based on a vinyl chloride resin is generally used as the sealing material at the same time, instead of the type in which the filler is dispersed.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is, as a chipping-resistant paint, that chipping resistance is equal to or higher than that of a conventional chipping-resistant paint, and that it also has anticorrosive performance.
The point is to realize a vinyl chloride plastisol composition capable of exhibiting rust-preventing performance which is slightly inferior to waterproofing performance even when used as a sealing material.

[Means for Solving the Problems] As a solution to the above problems, the present inventors have earnestly studied, and as a result, a composition in which a bituminous resin is mixed with a plasticizer of vinyl chloride plastisol at a constant ratio has an antirust property. It was found that a vinyl chloride plastisol composition that can be used as the above-mentioned chipping-resistant paint can be obtained. That is, the present invention is as follows.

In the present invention, it is essential to mix the bituminous resin in a ratio of 0.1 to 0.6 with respect to the mixture 1 of the above vinyl chloride resin and the plasticizer. The mixing ratio is
If it is less than 0.1, the desired anticorrosive effect may not be obtained. On the other hand, if the amount is more than 0.6, a coating defect called bleed may occur when the coating is baked and dried. As a bituminous resin that can be used, any composition may be used as long as it contains four components of asphalt specified by the Japan Petroleum Institute (saturated content, aromatic content, resin, asphaltene). It is recommended that the content of less than 8% by weight. When the content of asphaltene is less than 8% by weight, the physical properties of the bituminous resin at room temperature are high, the mixing with a plasticizer is extremely easy, and the rust preventive effect after forming a coating film is extremely high. If the proportion of asphaltene exceeds 8% by weight, the fluidity becomes poor at room temperature, making it difficult to mix with a plasticizer and possibly causing a decrease in the rust preventive effect.

EFFECT OF THE INVENTION The vinyl chloride plastisol composition according to the present invention is clearly superior in rust preventive performance as compared with the conventional similar composition. It has an excellent rust prevention effect, and when applied as a sealing material, it also exhibits excellent rust prevention performance in addition to waterproof performance. Furthermore, compared to the conventional vinyl chloride plastisol compounding, the vinyl chloride resin and a part of the plasticizer are replaced with cheap bituminous resin, so that cost reduction can be realized and anticorrosion treatment for all vehicles. You will be able to apply. In addition, unlike bituminous paints used in the field of heavy-duty corrosion protection, since a bituminous resin that does not contain any solvent is used, it does not generate toxic gas even when it is painted on a car and heated and dried. There is no fear of causing it.
