本考案は、キーを用いずに自動車のドア等のロックが解
除できる、いわゆるキーレスエントリ装置に関し、詳し
くは赤外線方式のキーレスエントリ装置における赤外線
受光部の取付構造に関する。

赤外線方式のキーレスエントリ装置も開発されている。 ここでキーレスエントリ装置はキーシリンダ装置と併用
することが多く、この場合、赤外線方式ではキーシリン
ダ付近に赤外線受光部を配置してその位置確認を容易に

に赤外線受光部2aが穿設されている。 上記キーシリンダ3は図示省略したリンクを介してドア
の施錠、解錠機構に連繋するもので、エスカッション2
に一体形成される筒状のキーシリンダケース4内に挿入
される(第2図参照)。このキーシリンダケース4は、
キーシリンダ3の外周に突設された係合突起3aに係合し
てこれを廻止めする凹溝4aを長手方向に沿ってその内周
に備えるもので、この凹溝4aに対応した外周は第1図に
も示すよう凸条4bとなっている。そしてこの凸条4bに設
けた切込み4cには、前記キーシリンダ3の係合突起3aを
抜止めするスナップリング5が装着されている。 ここで赤外線方式のキーレスエントリ装置における赤外
線受光部6が、前記赤外線受光部2aに対応したエスカッ
ション2の裏面に配置される。この赤外線受光部6は、
その下面に形成した凹溝6aをキーシリンダケース4の凸
条4bに係合して位置決めされると共に、その上部の突片
6bが1本のビス7を介してエスカッション2の取付台部
2bにねじ止め固定されている。 以上の構成では、赤外線受光部6は凹溝6aと凸条4bとの
係合でビス7廻りの回動が規制され、キーシリンダ用ケ
ース4に対し一定の位置関係を保つのであり、赤外線受
光窓2aに対する位置ズレが防止される。
