接ノック式筆記具の可動部に嵌合するようにすると,繰
り返しのノック操作の都度伸縮する伸縮筒部の変形でノ
ック部のノック杆との嵌合が徐々に甘くなり,遂には外
れてしまうといった問題を有していた。

充する為に可動部2に着脱自在に嵌合されるが,ボール
ペンの場合にはその必要がないので可動部2に固定して
もよい。5は前記軸筒1の外径と略同一外径の蛇腹状の
伸縮筒部6を有する筒体であり,該筒体5は底面5aの
中央に前記頭孔4に嵌合かつ係止し得る,後に詳述する
鍔付突起7を有している。該筒体5は比較的軟質な合成
ゴム,合成樹脂等の成形物として得られるものであり,
蛇腹状の伸縮筒部6にはノック操作時の収縮及び伸長に
充分な弾性力が付与される。前記突起7はキャップ3の
頭壁3aの肉厚と略等しい高さと前記頭孔4の内径と略
等しい外径を備える脚部7aと,頭孔4の内径より大き
な外径を備える鍔7bを有しており,更に中央に略同径

係止され,しかも内方に撓みにくい状態なるので,突起
7の嵌合及び係止をより強化して確実なものとなすとと
もに,突起7の内方撓みをブッシュ8で阻止して筒体5
の外れを防止することができる。
