バル型、クロスバー型、などの微小接点チップでの搬

送、カシメ方式では、取扱いや溶接又はカシメ加工では
煩雑でかつはなはだ困難であった。また接小なるが故に
微小接点チップの製作も困難で限界があった。また、台
材と接点材を予めインレイ等した複合材からのプレス加
工する方式では、ばね特性を必要とする為台材板厚が薄
いことから接点材を厚くできない等で未だ十分なもので
はなかった。また接点の高さを得る為に複合材の裏側か
ら突き出し加工を行うと、複合部界面での剥離や割れが
発生等していた。2.
