積層鉄心に関するものである。

して2種の積層鉄心を構成し、一方の積層鉄心に所定コ
イルを嵌挿した後他方の積層鉄心をワンタッチで嵌め合
せて合体させ、一体化して電気鉄心とするものが、特公
昭50−37847号〜同37849号公報によって知
られている。 しかし、この構造はかぎ型の突起と凹部設け、それを嵌
合させる構造であるため、この構造をE・I型積層鉄心
にそのまゝ適用しようとすると、高価な電磁鋼板の打抜
きロスが多くなるため、不経済な構造で好ましくない。 そこで、本考案者は、合体式変成器用E・I型積層鉄心
の構造として特開昭61−35505号公報及び図1に
示すように、E型コアの両足の端部に外側に掛合突部a
を有する突起1,1を設け、I型コアBの両側には掛合
突部bを内側に設けた突起2,2を設けるという打抜き
ロスの少ない構造の合体式E・I型積層鉄心を開発した
が、合体させる場合、両コアA,Bをしっかりと保持し
て正しく合体させるようにしないと、合体の際、一方の
コアが斜になり、片側の掛合突部a,bに無理がかゝっ
て変形し、接触不良の噛み合わせになることがあり、そ
の場合無負荷電流が増大し、鉄損が多くなるという欠点
がある。 また、最近、特開平2−154401号公報に示すよう
に、合体させる場合一般に行なわれている加締める方法
を採ったものが公開されているが、この方法は量産設備
に導入しようとすると、両コアを突き合わせた状態でク
ランプする装置と加締める装置とを必要とし、製造設備
のイニシャルコストが高くなるという欠点がある。ま
た、I型コアの両端に形成する加締め用突起は、中足の
基部を打抜いて形成するようにしているので、中足の磁
路の巾がその分狭くなり、電気特性が悪いという欠点が
ある。

の中央部を、E型コアAとI型コアBを打抜き形成する
場合にカットすればよいので、図3に示した第1の実施
例の打抜き成型工程において、若干変更することにより
容易に実施が可能である。 図6はその打抜き成型工程を示すもので、第2工程にお
いて、I型コアB’に凹部を形成するための穴29を例
えば1枚おきに形成するようにし、また、第6工程にお
いて打抜刃25を例えば1枚おきに作動させるようにす
