Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a product wherein a metallic mesh-like matter can be arranged in a balanced position without being exposed to the outside by a method wherein a mold is set and synthetic resin material is injected into it, the metallic mesh-like matter is inserted into a semi-manufactured primary molded piece, and it is set in the mold again for postforming. CONSTITUTION:In a continuous molded piece made of synthetic resin such as facing decorative body for vehicle, a fixed mold A and a movable mold B are arranged. At a first molding stage, the movable mold B is set in the fixed mold A which is previously formed into a shape and a structure of a product (a), a synthetic resin material P is injected into it, the movable mold B is separated, so that a primary molded piece, i.e., a semi-manufactured piece (h) is molded. Next, a metallic mesh-like matter 2 is inserted on the semi- manufactured piece (h), the movable mold B is set in the fixed mold A again, and a synthetic resin material P' is injected from the top of it, so that a secondary molded piece i.e., the product (a) is obtained. Thus, the mesh-like matter 2 can be arranged in a desired position balanced with respect to warp in the longitudinal direction at nearly the center of the thickness of the product (a).

No. 226312 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 3-202331), filed for "Method for manufacturing automobile exterior decoration and metal net used therefor", and as "Automobile exterior decoration and production method thereof", a long synthetic resin Japanese Patent Application No. 4-94834 has been filed for a method in which a molded product is injection-molded to reduce the linear expansion, and then a metallic net-like material is welded to its back surface by a hot stamping method. That is, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 4-94834, a door garnish (1), which is an external decorative body made of synthetic resin, is formed by heating and pressing a hot plate (5) containing a rod-shaped heater (4) as shown in FIG. The metal net (2) is welded and integrated so that the metal net (1) is placed in the door garnish (1) as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.
A product is manufactured in which (2) is embedded by a large number of ridges (3). In FIG. 2, the upper jig (6) has a hot plate (5) containing the rod-shaped heater (4), and a holding plate.
(7) is preformed into the shape and structure of the back of the product, and a chromium plating layer (8) is formed to prevent adhesion of molten synthetic resin material during heating.
Surface treatment, etc., the lower jig (6 ') is shaped in advance to the shape and composition of the product surface, and in order to mitigate the effect of pressure, set silicon rubber (s) etc. on that surface and press the hydraulic press (9 ), The heated upper jig (6) is pressurized to obtain a product in which the metal net-like material (2) is embedded in the door garnish (1) as shown in FIG.

[Means for Solving the Problems] A fixed mold and a movable mold, which have been shaped in advance, are arranged according to the shape and structure of the product, and the movable mold is set on the fixed mold in the first molding to synthesize them. Inject a resin material and separate the movable mold to make a semi-finished primary product.
Insert a metal net, set the movable mold again to the fixed mold, and perform secondary molding to make a product, a decorative long member, and the shape and configuration of the product The fixed mold and the movable mold thus taken are arranged, and at the stage of the primary molding, the movable mold is set in the fixed mold, a synthetic resin material is injected by injection molding, and the movable mold is released. To form a primary molded product, that is, a semi-finished product, then insert the metal net into the primary molded product, set the movable mold again to the fixed mold, and then injection-mold the synthetic resin material from there. It is a method for producing a long member for decoration, which is characterized in that the secondary molded product is injected by performing secondary molding, and finally the movable mold is separated from the fixed mold to take out the secondary molded product, that is, the product.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIGS. 1 (I) to 1 (IV) show a method of manufacturing a product of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1 (I), a fixed mold premolded into the shape and structure of the product. (A) and the movable mold (B) are arranged, and the process proceeds sequentially in the direction of the arrow. Fig. 1 (II) shows a state where the movable mold (B) is set in the fixed mold (A) and the synthetic resin material (P) is injected by injection molding at the stage of the primary molding. (III) shows a state where the movable mold (B) is separated, and at that time, a primary molded product which is a semi-finished product (h) is formed. Where (g 1 ) is the gate. Next, as shown in FIG. 1 (IV), a metallic mesh product (2) [for example, wire mesh] is inserted onto the semi-finished product (h) which is the first molded product, and as shown in FIG. 1 (V), The movable mold (B) is set in the fixed mold (A) again, and the synthetic resin material (P ') is injected from above by injection molding to perform the secondary molding. Finally, as shown in FIG. 1 (VI), the movable mold (B) is separated from the fixed mold (A), and the secondary molded product, that is, the product (a) of the present invention is taken out. The gate (g
1 ) is the primary molding, and the gate (g 2 ) is separated after the secondary molding.

The synthetic resin material used for this product is a recycled material as a secondary molding material, and in particular, it has been used once for vehicles such as wheel covers and bumpers. It is effective to use recycled materials. The position of the metallic reticulate material (2) in the product should be set at a position with an appropriate thickness in consideration of the balance due to the difference in the molding shrinkage ratio between the primary molding and the secondary molding. Also, due to the pressure of the secondary molding, the metallic net-like material inserted in the semi-finished product (h) during the primary molding

The present invention is intended to reduce the linear expansion of products,
By inserting the insert position of the metallic net-like material into the substantially central portion of the product at the stage of the secondary molding after the primary molding, the warp deformation of the product is suppressed at the time of completion of the molding, and the product is deformed. When the vehicle is mounted on a vehicle (equipped in a vehicle), the metal net is inside the synthetic resin material, so the metal net does not directly contact the vehicle body. I have no worries. Further, since the metallic reticulate material is inside the synthetic resin material, the material used in the technique of the above-mentioned applicant was mainly stainless steel, but this is not necessary. That is, since the metallic net-like material is arranged in the core of the product and is not exposed to the outside, it is not necessary to use the stainless steel material for rust prevention. Further, since the insertion of the metallic net-like material is continuously performed in the step of the secondary molding after the primary molding, it is possible to significantly reduce the time and reduce the cost. In addition, in the technology of the applicant of the present invention, the position of the metal net-like material in the product is determined by injection molding the product body and then welding the metal net-like material to the back surface of the product body by the hot stamping method. Where there are irregularities such as ribs and seats for mounting on the car body, it was not possible to place the metal mesh because it could not be pressed sufficiently, but in this invention, regardless of the ribs and irregularities on the back of the product body Since the position of the metal reticulate insert can be selected, the effect of lowering the linear expansion of the product is improved. This product is suitable not only for vehicles such as automobile side garnish, side air dam, side protect molding, roof molding, but also for decorative panels of home appliances such as room air conditioners.
