As described above, according to the present invention, since it is possible to perform wiring of the electric wire only by pushing in at the socket mounting position, it is possible to provide a lamp holding device capable of improving workability. . In addition, for a common electric wire such as a ground, if the mounting positions of a plurality of sockets are drawn around and held by an electric wire holding portion, wiring can be easily performed without branch connection. Further, it is possible to standardize a large number of wire holders on the board and to easily attach the sockets at arbitrary positions.

The holding rib 13 is formed with one to three electric wire grooves 13a having a slightly narrower width than the electric wire and having an opening above. Further, two similar electric wire grooves 14a are formed in the pressure contact ribs 14 in the width direction of the ribs. Further, the pressure contact rib 14 is formed with a terminal groove 14b parallel to the thickness direction of the rib, into which a pressure contact terminal fitting described later can be inserted. On the other hand, a pair of socket fixing bosses 15 are formed so as to be fixed to a socket, which will be described later, at a position slightly apart from each other in the width direction of the pressure contact rib 14 on the substrate 10. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the socket 30 includes a lamp 4 at the bottom of a tubular portion 31 having a circular opening at the top.
A groove 32 into which a flat plate-shaped portion 41 formed in the lower part of 0 is inserted is formed, and a pair of terminal holding grooves 33 communicate with the groove 32 from below the socket 30. The terminal 50 is inserted into the terminal holding groove 33, and the terminal 50 is formed with an electrode portion 51 capable of holding the portion 41 of the lamp 40 by facing a flat spring facing the upper end portion. A pressure contact portion (pressure contact terminal) 52 in which a slit-shaped notch 52a having an opening downward is formed is provided at an end portion of a plate-shaped portion extending downward at the lower end portion. An electric wire holding hole portion 52b having a slightly wider inner diameter is formed in the back of the notch 52a.
A locking portion is formed in the terminal holding groove 33 so as to prevent the terminal 50 from coming off when the terminal 50 is inserted.

Further, a pair of fixing legs 34, 34 are formed on the lower side of the outer periphery of the socket 30 on opposite sides of the terminal holding groove 33, and the lower ends of the fixing legs 34, 34 are outward from each other. Fixing holes 34a, 34a into which the socket fixing boss 15 can be inserted are formed. Next, a method of assembling the present embodiment having the above configuration will be described. The connector 20 to which the electric wire W is connected is prepared in advance, and the connector 20 is attached to one corner of the substrate 10.
The connector 20 is generally attached by engaging the unevenness formed on the substrate 10 and the connector 20, but may be attached using an adhesive or the like. After the connector 20 is attached, the wires W are wired in the wire grooves 14a of the press-contact ribs 14 while being pressed and held in the wire grooves 13a of the holding ribs 13 formed on the substrate 10. In this example, there are two pressure contact ribs 14, and of the three electric wires W, two wires are wired to the respective pressure contact ribs 14 on the positive side, but one wire is connected to the one pressure contact rib 14 on the negative side.
Wiring to the other pressure contact rib 14 via. Conventionally, when wiring the electric wires W in a plurality of sockets,
Although the middle of the electric wire is peeled off and another electric wire is connected, and the tape is wound from above to insulate the electric wire, the common electric wire W is sequentially connected to the pressure contact ribs 14 by this embodiment. Wiring can be performed only by holding it in the electric wire groove 14a. The wiring work of the electric wire W may be performed manually or may be mechanically performed by a wiring device.

On the other hand, the socket 30 is previously assembled by inserting the terminal 50 into the terminal holding groove 33 from the side of the electrode portion 51. Then, the plate-like press-contact portion 52 of the terminal 50 is positioned so that the press-contact portion 52 enters the terminal groove 14b of the press-contact rib 14, and the terminal 50 is pushed toward the substrate 10. Then, the electric wire W held in the electric wire groove 14 a of the press-contact rib 14 is pressed against the electric wire W by the press-contact portion 5.
The second slit 52a is pressed against the slit 52a.
Cuts the coating of the electric wire W and contacts the core wire. And
When it is further pushed in, the core wire abuts on the wire holding hole portion 52b and the fixed leg 34 abuts on the substrate 10, so that it cannot be pushed in further and is stabilized at that position.

When the press contact portion 52 and the wire groove 14a are aligned, the socket fixing boss 15 on the substrate 10 and the fixing hole 34a formed in the fixing leg 34 of the socket 30 face each other,
When the socket 30 is pushed in, the socket fixing boss 15 is inserted into the fixing hole 34a. In this state, the socket fixing boss 15 is melted from above to prevent it from coming off. As described above, in this embodiment, the pressure contact ribs 14 are projected on the fixed position of the socket on the substrate 10, and the electric wire grooves 14a are formed from above the pressure contact ribs 14 downward. By pushing the electric wire W into the electric wire groove 14a, the electric wire W is floated and held so that the press contact terminal can be pressed. In the socket 30, the pressure contact portion 52 having the notch 52a for pressure contact is projected and held from the lower surface of the socket 30, and the pressure contact portion 52 is held by the rib 14 for pressure contact.
If you push it toward, you can press it.

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the socket. In the embodiment described above, the socket 30 is arranged perpendicular to the substrate 10. However, when it is desired to arrange the terminals 60 at an angle, the pressure contact portion 62 of the terminal 60 is formed obliquely so that the pressure contact portion 62 projects obliquely from the end portion of the socket 70. With such a configuration, if the press-contacting portion 62 is pushed vertically to the press-contacting rib 14,
The main body of the socket 70 can be arranged obliquely with respect to the substrate 10. In the embodiment described above, the rib 14 for pressure welding is used.
Although a plurality of ribs 14 for pressure welding are formed on the substrate 10 and the ribs 14 for pressure welding at a position where the lamp is to be arranged are used, a plurality of ribs are formed. It can also be used in common so as to correspond to the pattern. Further, although the electric wire holder is constituted by the ribs, it may be constituted by a pin-like member which is branched so that the electric wire is locked at the tip.
