Referring specifically to the drawings, FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an example of the device of the present invention. A large number of exhaust passage pipes 6 formed of copper or copper alloy pipes are provided between the upper and lower pipe sheets 9 in the casing 10, and the inside of the exhaust passage pipes 6 is made of stainless steel as shown in FIG. A torsion plate 7 made of metal such as steel or aluminum alloy and having an outer diameter close to the inner diameter of the exhaust passage pipe is provided. The ends of a large number of exhaust passage pipes 6 are opened through the upper and lower tube sheets 9, and exhaust gas containing mist passes through the inside of the exhaust passage pipes 6.
The exhaust passage pipes 6 are arranged side by side, and cooling air flows between them to cool the exhaust passage pipes 6 from the outside. An exhaust duct 11 having a discharge port 4 is provided from the lower side of the casing 10 to one side thereof.

The flow of exhaust gas containing mist and the flow of cooling air will be described with reference to FIG.
Is fed through a duct connected to the upper part of the and enters the casing from the fume exhaust inlet 1. After entering the exhaust passage pipe 6 opening to the upper tube sheet 9 and contacting the inner wall of the tube or the twisted plate 7 to be cooled, the mist is separated on the inner wall of the tube or the twisted plate. , Flows out from the exhaust passage pipe 6 opened to the lower tube sheet 9, and flows out upward along the side of the casing from the fume exhaust outlet 8 on the lower side of the duct. The presence of the guide vanes 5 subsequently increases the flow velocity, which acts as an ejector at the end of the guide vanes 5 and, after being mixed with the cooling air, flows out of the discharge port 4 above the duct to the atmosphere.

The cooling air is released by the exhaust gas flowing to the side of the casing. The side portion of the casing 10, that is, the cooling air inlet side 3
After being sucked into the casing from the inside and passing between the rows of the exhaust passage pipes 6, the exhaust passage pipes 6 are cooled from the outside,
It flows out from the opposite side, that is, from the cooling air outlet side 2, is mixed with exhaust gas flowing out from the fume exhaust gas outlet 8 at the terminal end of the guide vane 5, and then flows out from the discharge port 4 to the atmosphere.

FIG. 3 is a system diagram including the device of the present invention. The fume mist generated in the rolling equipment (mill) and floating upward is sucked through the hood by the blower B and sent to the mist collecting device of the present invention, where the mist is separated and then mixed with cooling air by the ejector. It is released into the atmosphere. Then, the mist is returned to the oil cellar and reused.
