Negative or positive films for movies are sold and used by being wound around a core for a band. This strip core is made of a thermoplastic resin, mostly impact-resistant polystyrene resin, such as those shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, and FIG. 6 is seen from the side opposite to the resin injection part. FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken along line BB in FIG.

In the core for a band shown in these figures, the center portions of the outer cylinder 11 and the inner cylinder 12 having the same width are connected by a single annular plate 13 arranged in a direction perpendicular to the axis. Then, on both sides of the annular plate 13, eight ribs 14 having substantially the same shape as the cross section of the circular groove formed by the both cylinders 11 and 12 and the annular plate 13 are formed on one side, symmetrically and with the axial center. The two cylinders 11 and 12 are arranged so as to be connected to each other in the radial direction.

Recently, in order to improve the compressive strength, the present applicant has provided a resin injection portion G at substantially the center of at least one surface of a substantially fan-shaped annular plate surrounded by the outer cylinder 11, the inner cylinder 12 and the two ribs 14. I proposed that (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-128256). In addition, we proposed a strip core that can improve the compressive strength even if the ribs are notched at the top to make them lighter (Shokaisho 61-86367).

In the conventional core for a band-shaped body as described above, not only the outer surface of the outer cylinder but also the inner surface of the outer cylinder, the outer surface of the inner cylinder, and the inner surface are all formed flat. If the contact area with the cavity is larger than the core,
When taking out the band-shaped core, the frictional resistance with the cavity became larger, and the band-shaped core remained on the cavity side and could not be often taken out by the take-out machine.

Further, since the thermoplastic resin flows behind on the side opposite to the resin injection portion, a weld line is strongly generated in the resin having poor fluidity, the appearance is deteriorated, and the compression strength and the drop strength are reduced.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention forms an annular convex portion on the inner surface of the outer cylinder located on the side opposite to the resin injecting portion on the side of the movable mold core to form a ring-shaped core and a movable mold. The frictional resistance with the core is made larger than the frictional resistance with the mold cavity, and the fluidity of the resin on the side opposite to the resin injection portion is improved.

In addition, the inner surface of the outer cylinder located on the side opposite to the resin injection portion on the side of the movable mold core has two or more annular projections formed in a direction perpendicular to the axis. There is.

The convex portion is formed in an annular shape on the inner surface of the outer cylinder located on the side opposite to the resin injection portion, and on the movable mold core side of the outer cylinder (that is, the surface that contacts the movable mold core). Has been formed. With this configuration, the fluidity of the resin is improved and the frictional force is increased.

The inner cylinder is the part that is inserted into the axial end of the device using this strip. Align the axes of the outer and inner cylinders,
The substantially central portions of both cylinders are connected to each other by a single annular plate positioned in the direction perpendicular to the axis. As a result, the cross section of this connecting portion becomes H-shaped. In this annular plate, for example, a window hole or the like can be appropriately provided in a portion between the ribs.

A plurality of ribs are arranged substantially symmetrically on both sides of the annular plate, and both cylinders are arranged in a radial direction from the axial center. The annular plate is divided into a plurality of fan-shaped portions surrounded by two adjacent ribs of the plurality of ribs and the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder. It is preferable to dispose the resin injecting portion G at the approximate center of the divided fan-shaped annular plate or at the approximate center of both ends of the ribs, since the gate residual processing becomes unnecessary. Also in this case, it is general that the resin injection part G has an even number from the viewpoint of the resin flow balance.

The number of ribs may be appropriately determined according to the size of the core, the required strength, etc., but is usually 2 to 32. The ribs do not have to have the same shape, thickness, etc., but it is preferable that the ribs are symmetrical with respect to the central annular plate from the viewpoint of resin flow balance. With such a core, the presence or absence, shape, dimensions, thickness, rib shape, etc. of the groove for locking the claw piece of the projector shaft or the slit groove for inserting the end of the film, etc. It goes without saying that any known material may be used depending on the winding length, size and required characteristics.

In addition, the band core is appropriately processed according to its use. For example, in the case of a film film core, this process is a process for forming a groove or a recess for locking a nail, a slit for inserting an end of the film, a flange for holding the film, or the like.

The material of the core is not particularly limited as long as it is a thermoplastic resin, but polypropylene resin, polystyrene resin, ABS resin and the like are preferable, and it is particularly inexpensive, has good dimensional accuracy, has few sink marks, and has relatively high physical strength. Resins containing at least 50% by weight of polystyrene resin are preferred. It goes without saying that various known additives suitable for the required characteristics can be contained in the thermoplastic resin. The additives are, for example, lubricants, antistatic agents, light-shielding substances, white pigments, coloring pigments, coloring dyes, antioxidants, metal powders, higher fatty acids, fatty acid metal salts, coupling agents and the like.

In the core for strips of the present invention, the annular convex portion formed on the inner surface of the outer cylinder fits into the concave portion of the core for the movable mold forming the annular convex portion to increase the frictional resistance. Is taken out following the drawing of the movable mold core. Further, the annular convex portion widens the resin flow space, and improves the fluidity of the resin when the resin is injected.

According to the present invention, a cavity is formed by forming two or more annular convex portions formed in a direction perpendicular to the axis on the inner surface of the outer cylinder located on the side opposite to the resin injection portion on the side of the movable mold core. It is possible to improve the removability from the resin and improve the fluidity of the resin to reduce the weld line, so that the appearance and physical strength can be improved. Furthermore, since the annular convex portion is formed on the inner surface of the outer cylinder of the movable mold core side, the direction of the slit-shaped groove for inserting the end portion of the film can be immediately understood by the tactile sensation of the hand, which is extremely easy The strip core can be attached so as to be surely oriented.
