Now, a case where tapeless winding of the film 11 is performed will be described. FIG. 5 shows the state when the mill roll 14 on the core 12 on the right side of the drawing reaches the full state. When the roll length is measured by a roll length counter (not shown) and the mill roll 14 reaches the full volume, the lower arm 24 is activated to stand by at the position shown in FIG. 6, and then the swinging arms 23 and 26 are activated to start the cutter. The film 11 is cut at 22 and at the same time, the film 11 is pressed against the new core 13 by the pressing roll 25. Further, at the same time as cutting, air blowing type electrostatic charge imparting means 20, 20a is applied to the film cutting end a.
From above, ionized air is blown in the directions of arrows g and h (Fig. 7), and the film cutting end a is pressed against the core 13 by wind force, and the film cutting end a is attracted to the core 13 and wound. The tape is automatically cut and rewound without tape.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in the above-described conventional winding machine, since the belt-like material such as the film is cut just after passing the press roll, the electrostatic charge is imparted by the blown air. It was rarely carried completely with the end adsorbed on the new core, and as a result, the cut end was partially folded and started to be wound, resulting in winding wrinkles. Furthermore, since the band-shaped material such as the film is cut while the band-shaped material such as the film is suspended in the air, there is a problem in that the cut end is scratched or has irregularities.

(Means for Solving the Problem) Therefore, the present invention has a pressing roll that comes in contact with and separates from a new core mounted on the turret through a belt-like material such as a film at the timing of starting winding, and the operation of the pressing roll. It consists of a cutter that operates in cooperation with the new core, and at the time of starting to wind the strip of film or the like around the new core, the pressing roll is brought into contact with the new core through the strip of film or the like and the strip of film or the like is automatically cut by the cutter. In a turret type automatic cutting and winding machine that cuts and continuously winds, it is saved when winding a strip of film such as a film, and at the time of cutting, a new core is formed on the upstream side of the strip of film such as a press roll via the strip. A cutter device is provided which is provided with an abutting receiving roll and which is provided with an electrostatic charge imparting means that travels in the roll length direction while abutting the receiving roll through a strip-shaped material such as a film at the time of cutting. This is a constitution, and this is a means for solving the above-mentioned problems.

(Operation) When a strip of film or the like is rewound, for example, the swing arm swings, and an electrostatic charge imparting means mounted on the swing arm first applies a charge to the cut portion of the strip of film or the receiving roll. At the same time as the cutting part is attached to the surface of the roll and the traveling cutter cuts the strip of film such as film from the end. At this time, since the traveling of the strip of film or the like is connected, the cutting is performed obliquely from the end of the strip of the film or the like.

Next, the operation of the tapeless winding of the film 11 using the apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 shows that the mill roll 14 on the core 12 on the right side of the drawing is full. The state when the state is reached is shown. Then, the winding length counter (not shown) measures the winding length, and when the winding length reaches the full amount, one arm 23 is activated to wait at the position shown in FIG. 2, and then the other swing arm 26 is activated. At the same time as the film 11 is pressed onto the new core 13 by the pressing roll 25, the swinging arm 29 pivotally attached to the tip of the arm 26 is lowered to press the receiving roll 1 against the core 13.

Therefore, the film 11 is also in contact with the receiving roll 1, and the traveling cutter device is driven on the receiving roll 1 to drive the cutter to cut the film 11 from the end thereof. Immediately before cutting, an electrostatic charge imparting means 20 provided on the upstream side of the cutter in the film running direction gives an electric charge to the film 11 to apply adsorption energy to the film 11 to receive the cutting end of the film 11 and its vicinity at the same time as cutting. It is attached to the surface of the roll 1. The cut end of the film 11 attached to the receiving roll 1 is sent along with the rotation of the receiving roll 1, and when the film end comes into contact with the pressure-contacting core 13, the core 13 is sequentially wound from the cut end due to the difference in adhesive force between the two. When the film is cut and the winding is finished, the swing arm 23 descends and the arm 29 rises, and the receiving roll 1 and the electrostatic charge imparting means 20
The traveling cutter device 122 and the traveling cutter device 122 are both separated from the film 11 to be in the winding state shown in FIG.

In this way, the end of the cut film 11 and the vicinity thereof are attached to the surface of the receiving roll 1 and carried to the core 13 at the same time as the cutting, so that the film 11 is not separated or floated from the core 13 and is sequentially attached to the core 13. Wrap around. This eliminates the folding back of the film cutting terminal and also prevents wrinkles due to the folding back, which exerts a remarkable effect in improving the yield of the wound material and the beauty of the winding shape.

In addition, the conventional technique of cutting the film on the core has been revised, and it is performed on the newly provided receiving roll. Therefore, the core material is not restricted by the cutting action, and it can be used according to the type of material to be wound. You can select the most suitable material.

(Effect of the Invention) As described above in detail, according to the present invention, the cutter runs on the receiving roll pressed against the core to cut the film from the end, and the cut end of the film is moved from the receiving roll to the core. It is guided without floating due to the effect of charge application, and is wound around the core in sequence. This eliminates the folding back phenomenon at the end of the film and eliminates the wrinkles due to the folding back, so that it has an effect of significantly reducing the defective portion of the film when it is rewound and used.
