CONSTITUTION:In an engine, a carburetor 22 is connected to an intake route of communicating with a crank chamber and a combustion chamber, and further a silencer 24 is mounted on a suction air inlet 23 of this carburetor. A cover- provided through hole 25 for lubrication is provided in an intake route corresponding part (location facing to the suction air intake port 23) of an external wall 24A of the silencer 24. A cover 26 has a stopper part 26A fixedly fitted to a mounting hole 27 provided in the external wall 24A and a stopper part 26B removably fitted to the through hole 25. When the cover 26 is opened at necessary time of lubrication, such as by inserting a nozzle of a lubricating oil injector to the through hole 25, the intake route can be directly lubricated. In this way, since lubrication can be performed without mounting/removing the silencer 24, workability is improved.
