Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a liquid detergent composition containing a specific alkali protease, a compound capable of isolating Ca<2+> in an aqueous solution and surfactant in specified amounts, having a specified pH, capable of preventing shrinkage of a protein fiber such as wool and having excellent cleansing force. CONSTITUTION:This detergent composition contains (A) 1-300APU/l alkali protease having optimum pH of >=9 [preferably alkali protease K-16] derived from Bacillus-sp. KSM-K16 (FERM P3376), (B) 0.001-0.1M compound capable of isolating Ca<2+> in an aqueous solution (e.g. CaO or CaCl2) in a concentration of 0.001-0.01M as Ca<2+> and (C) 5-60wt.% surfactant (e.g. 10-16C straight-chain alkylbenzene sulfonic acid). The composition has pH <=9. Furthermore, diglycol Na salt, etc., can be blended as a builder component and the blend amount is preferably <=3wt.% so as to improve effect for preventing shrinkage of felt of fiber.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a detergent for clothes, particularly a detergent for washing protein-based fiber products such as wool, a wool monofilament surface cuticle (scale) with alkali during washing is used.
In order to prevent fluffing caused by the rising of fibers and felt shrinkage of fibers caused by entanglement between wool monofilaments due to physical mechanical force, it has been used to wash wool fibers at a mild neutral pH. .

Under these circumstances, the present inventors have conducted diligent research to solve the above problems, and as a result, release Ca 2+ in an aqueous solution with an alkaline protease having an optimum pH of 9 or more. The present inventors have found that a liquid detergent composition containing a compound and a surfactant in a specific amount and having a pH of 9 or less prevents protein fibers from shrinking and has excellent detergency, and has completed the present invention.

The enzyme activity is measured by the Anson-hemoglobin method (Anson. ML J. Gen. Phy .
siol . , Vol 22, p79 (1938)). That is, in a solution prepared so that the final concentration of urea-modified hemoglobin used as a substrate was 14.7 mg / ml, the temperature was 25 ° C and the pH was 10.5.
After reacting for 0 minutes, trichloroacetic acid was added to the reaction solution so that the final concentration was 31.25 mg / ml, and the trichloroacetic acid-soluble component was colored with a phenol reagent. The activity per 10 minutes of reaction is determined from a calibration curve in which the color development of 1 mmol of tyrosine is 1 APU, and the activity is measured by converting the activity per minute. Therefore, in the present invention, 1 APU means the amount of alkaline protease which gives a trichloroacetic acid-soluble amount of 1 mmol of tyrosine with the same coloration as that of the phenol reagent in 1 minute.

Tables 1 and 2 show the cleaning rates when cleaning was performed. The numerical value showed the average value about five soiled cloths. In case of contaminated cloth of natural collar cloth, 9 cm × 30 cm of natural contaminated cloth is cut in half at symmetrical positions and one of a pair of 9 cm × 15 cm of contaminated cloth is washed with enzyme-free detergent solution (comparative product 4) which is a standard detergent. Then, one of them was washed with each washing solution as a comparative detergent. Contaminated cloth was added to the detergent solution as a set of 10 pieces, left at 30 ° C. for 1 hour, and then the detergent solution and the contaminated cloth were transferred as they were to a stainless beaker for a tergotometer. 20 ° C, 1
Wash with stirring for 0 minutes. It was rinsed under running water, dehydrated and dried. The evaluation was carried out by a paired comparison by a naked eye judgment between a semi-cut cloth washed with a standard detergent and a semi-cut cloth washed with another detergent. The cleaning cloths were ranked on the basis of standard stains that were ranked in 10 stages, which represent the degree of stains. The detergency was represented by the detergency of the detergent of the present invention when the detergency of the standard detergent was 100. The detergency index difference of 0.5 or more can be regarded as a significant difference.
