Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the life and reliability of a contact part between an anisotropic conductive connecting means and a connecting terminal part of a printed circuit board in a card-like electronic device used as an external memory of an electronic equipment by electrically and mechanically connecting the contact part by hard soldering or the like. CONSTITUTION:An anisotropic conductive connecting means 5 for connecting an external terminal with a terminal part 10 of a printed circuit, board 2 has a conductor of metallic thin wires 8-8''. る絶縁性材料中に一方向に並べて埋め込まれた導電性細
線、網又は薄膜により構成される異方導電性接続手段を
持ち、前記カード本体の接続用細孔より挿入された外部
接続端子が前記異方導性接続手段を介して、前記印刷配
線基板上の電気配線に適正に接続される事を特徴とする
カード状電子装置。
