(産業上の利用分野) 本発明は、両側に梨地絞模様を設ける農業用ビニールフ
ィルムの製造方法に関する。 (従来の技術背景) 一般に、塩ビ等からなる農業用ビニルフィルムで野菜等
をトンネル状に覆ういわゆるトンネル栽培では、そのト
ンネル状に張設したビニルフィルムの長手方向両側面
を、日中何度かめくり上げて換気を行うものであり、そ
のめくり上げ作業の便利性から両側面には細かな凹凸を
密集させた梨地絞模様を設け、めくり上げた時のずれ落
ちをなくして換気作業の迅速化を図っていたものであ
る。 また、梨地部分は透明フィルムに比べて透過性に劣るた
め、種々のトンネル栽培の中にはフィルムの両側のみと
するのが好ましい場合もあった。 従来、この種の両側にのみ梨地絞模様を備えたビニルフ
ィルムを製造するには、ロール本体の全面に梨地絞模様
面を彫刻した円筒状の絞付ロールと、中央杆と該中央杆
よりも大径状の両側杆とからなる側面形状偏平H型の受
けロールとで構成した上下ロール間を通過せしめていた
ものである。 (発明が解決しようとする課題) しかし、上記従来技術では、形成するビニルフィルムの
幅に適宜対応せしめるにはサイズの異なった受けロール
を数種類揃えなければならずコスト高となるばかりか、
製造の度にそのビニルフィルムに適したサイズの受けロ
ールに交換しなければならず面倒であり作業能率の低下
を招いていた。 本発明は、従来技術の有するこのような問題点に鑑み
なされたものであり、その目的とするところは、形成す
るビニルフィルムの幅に応じて適宜調整可能な絞付ロー
ルを用いた梨地絞模様付ビニルフィルムの製造方法を提
供し、コスト安を図ると共に作業能率の向上を図らしめ
ることである。 (課題を解決するための手段) 上記目的を達成するために本発明がなした技術的手段
は、表面に梨地絞模様面を備えたスリーブがロール本体
の両側外周で軸方向に摺動可能に設けられた絞付ロール
の前記スリーブを、適宜ビニルフィルムの幅に合わせて
摺動調整し、そしてその調整された絞付ロールと、該絞
付ロールに対応する平滑面状の受けロールとで構成され
る上下ロール間にビニルフィルムを通過せしめて、該フ
ィルムの両端に梨地絞模様を形成せしめることである。 (発明の作用効果) 本発明は、上記せる如き構成を有し、適宜形成するビニ
ルフィルムの幅に合わせてスリーブをロール本体の外周
で軸方向に摺動させ、該スリーブを所望な位置に固定保
持せしめて絞付ロールを調整し、そして該絞付ロールと
対応する受けロールとで構成される上下ロール間にビニ
ルフィルムを通過せしめるものとしたため、上記せる如
く絞付ロールのスリーブの摺動作動のみで適宜大小様々
なビニルフィルムの幅に合わせてフィルム両側にのみ梨
地絞模様を形成せしめることができ、形成せしめるビニ
ルフィルムの幅に合わせて受けロールあるいは絞付ロー
ルを数種類揃える必要がなく、また保管.管理にあって
も便利でコスト的に安くなり、結果としてロールの交換
作業も不要となり製造作業全体とし手作業能率の向上が
図れ大変有用である。 また、絞付ロールは、その梨地絞模様面を両端のスリー
ブのみとするため、従来に比べてコスト的に十分安価と
なる。 (実施例) 以下本発明の一実施例を説明すると、絞付ロールAと、
該ロールAに対応する受けロールBとからなる上下ロー
ル間Cを通過せしめてビニルフィルムDの両側d,dに
梨地絞模様3’,3’を形成する方法で、上記絞付ロー
ルAは此種の技術分野において周知のごとく内部に冷却
水を通過せしめる構造(図示省略)を有する金属性のロ
ール本体1と、該ロール本体1の外周面の軸方向に両端
1a,1aから夫々中央に向ってガイド溝1b,1bを刻設して
なり、該ガイド溝1b,1bにそって所望幅のスリーブ2,
2を摺動自在に設けて構成される。 スリーブ2は、表面に所望な梨地絞模様3を備えた摺動
管部4と保持部5,5とからなる。 摺動管部4は、表面に所望な梨地絞模様面3を備え、前
記ロール本体1の外径よりも大きな内径とした両端開放
状の管部4aと、該管部4aの内面にその両開口4a’から4
a’にわたって一体的に設けられて前記ガイド溝1bに挿
入されるキー4bとからなる。 保持部5は、前記摺動管部4と同様ロール本体1の外面
よりも大きな内径とした細幅管状体で、その表面から内

摺動管部4の両側に1つずつ位置させて、該摺動管部4
を挾装する。 一方受けロールBは、前記絞ロールAのロール本体1の
長さと略同じ長さで平滑面状としたゴム製の円筒体で絞
ロールAとの間に一定の間隙Cを設けて該ロールAと共
に上下ロールを構成する。 尚、図面では受けロールBを絞ロールAよりも太筒状と
しているが、これに限定されるものではなく任意であ
り、また絞付ロールAにあっては、スリーブ2の摺動管
部4と保持部5,5とを別体で説明したが一体としたも
のであってもよいものである。 また、ロール本体1に設けられるガイド溝1b,1bは図示
せる如き左右一本ずつに限らず、ロール本体1の周面上
に複数本設けるものとしてもよく、この場合言うまでも
ないが摺動管部4のキー4bも同一数設けるものとする。 従って、第3図に示すビニルフィルムの製造過程を含め
て説明すると、まず形成するビニルフィルムDの幅に合
わせて絞付ロールAの両摺動管部4,4をロール本体1
の外周で軸方向に摺動させ、夫々の保持部5,5で所望
位置に固定保持せしめる。 そして、その調整された絞付ロールAと共に上下ロール
を構成する受けロールBとの間隙Cに、カレンダーロー
ルE、テイクオフロールF等の圧延工程を経て所望幅に
圧延されたビニルフィルムDを通過せしめる。 すると梨地絞模様面3,3を備えたスリーブ2,2と受
けロールBとの押圧によりビニルフィルムCの両側には
