送の第2の音声信号、及び映像信号の切り換えとを制御
用マイコン5の切換信号S1により切り換える切換回路で
ある。なお、本発明が対象とする音声放送は、PCM且
つMSK変調方式による音声のみの放送である。また、
この音声放送は一般に有料放送のためスクランブルがか
けられており、受信にはスクランブル解除が必要とな
