However, in the above fixing device, the radius of curvature of the reversing portion 104b of the eyelet 104 is small, and the slit 10
Since the width of 4c is small, the solder cannot sufficiently penetrate into the inside of the reversal portion 104b, and the wiring copper foil 101 and the eyelet 104 are connected mainly to only the outer surface of the reversal portion 104b. For this reason, cracks may occur due to expansion and contraction of the printed circuit board 102 due to temperature changes, and there is a problem that sufficient reliability cannot be ensured.

Therefore, there is a fixing device constructed as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. In FIGS. 7 and 8, the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 5 and 6 indicate the same components as those in FIGS. Further, in the fixing structure shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the plurality of inversion portions 104b having the slits 104c are arranged in close contact with the inversion portions 104d for pressing the wiring copper foil 101 with a small radius of curvature and the inclination angle is 3 degrees.
It is formed by crimping so as to alternately form the opening reversal portions 104e that form 0 to 40 degrees.

In the case of this structure, the opening reversal portion 104e
Since a large gap is formed between the wiring copper foil 101 and the wiring copper foil 101, the molten solder 105 easily intrudes into the gap and secures the connection between the wiring copper foil 101 and the eyelet 104.

However, in the conventional fixing structure shown in FIG. 7 and FIG.
Since the opening reversal portion 104e and the opening reversal portion 104e are provided alternately and the solder 105 cannot enter between the adhesion reversal portion 104d and the wiring copper foil 101, the soldering is not always sufficient. Further, the opening reversing portion 104e has an inclination angle of 30 to.
Since it is formed at 40 degrees, as shown in FIG. 9, the distance H between the tip portion of the opening reversal portion 104e and the back surface 102b of the printed circuit board 102 becomes large. Therefore, for example, when mounting an electronic component, the lead terminal 106 is connected to the eyelet 1
In the case of performing a clinching (bending) process after it is inserted in 04, there is a problem that the necessary amount of bending cannot be performed because the distance H is large and the lead parts cannot be soldered sufficiently.

More specifically, the cut piece 4b has a plurality of (six in this embodiment) slits (cuts) 8 at one end portion side at substantially equidistant positions on the circumference at the other end portion of the eyelet 4. It is made by forming toward. Then, the eyelet 4 is inserted into the through hole 3 from the side of the cut piece 4b until the collar-shaped portion 4a is brought into close contact with the component mounting surface 2a side and abuttingly positioned, and thereafter, each cut piece is made by a caulking machine (not shown). 4b, each having a tilt angle of approximately 20 in the direction along the circumference.
The cut pieces 4b are attached to the printed circuit board 2 by caulking so that the cut pieces 4b are inclined in the same direction. Therefore, each of the cut pieces 4b of the eyelet 4 attached to the printed circuit board 2 in this manner abuts the printed circuit board 2 at one end side in the direction along the circumference and separates from the printed circuit board 2 toward the other end side. A gap of maximum t (see FIG. 1) is formed on the other end side. 1 and 2
Indicates this state.

Further, in this case, each notch piece 4b is provided so as to be inclined, and the maximum distance t between the cut piece 4b and the printed board 2 is t.
Since the gap is formed, the solder 5 penetrates through this gap, and the soldering between the cut pieces 4b and the printed circuit board 2 is surely performed. Further, since the respective cut pieces 4b are provided so as to be inclined in the same direction, the crimping force on the fixed side of the crimp can be uniformly applied to the back surface 2b of the printed board 1, and the printed board 2 and the cut pieces can be provided. The soldering with 4b is also performed on average, the solderability is improved, and the reliability is improved. Further, the notch 4b of the eyelet 4 is provided only on one end, and the other end extends at a substantially right angle from the body of the eyelet 4.
Since the flange portion 4a is formed as a and is attached in close contact with the component mounting surface 2a of the printed circuit board 2, stable caulking is possible.

In addition, in this structure, since each of the cut pieces 4b is inclined in the direction along the circumference, it is not necessary to make the inclination angle too large, and the tip of each cut piece 4b and the printed circuit board 2 are separated. The maximum dimension h (see FIG. 4) can also be reduced. Therefore, for example, even when the lead terminal 6 of the electronic component 10 is inserted into the eyelet 4 and then clinched (bent), the distance h is small as shown in FIG. Soldering will be ensured.

As described above, according to the fixing device for an electronic component for a printed circuit board according to the present invention, since the cut piece is provided so as to be inclined, the distance from the surface of the printed circuit board is increased toward the upper side of the inclined portion. A gap is formed in the gap, and the solder flows well into this gap, so that the printed wiring and the eyelet are sufficiently soldered, cracks due to temperature change are not generated, and highly reliable fixing can be obtained. Further, in the case where the plurality of cut pieces are provided to be inclined in the same direction, respectively, it is possible to uniformly apply the crimping force on the side of the printed wiring board on the printed circuit board surface, and at the same time, the printed circuit board surface and the cut piece. Since the soldering between them is also performed on average, the solderability is improved and the reliability is further improved. Further, the notch of the eyelet is provided only at one end, and at the other end, a collar-shaped portion extending substantially at a right angle from the body of the eyelet is formed, and the collar-shaped portion is brought into close contact with the printed circuit board surface. If it is attached by tightening, stable caulking is possible and reliability is further improved.
