Abstract

PURPOSE:To give a hook function, a clip function and a writing utensil holding function to an implement for arrangement and thereby to make arrangement of small articles or the like convenient by constructing the implement for arrangement by combining a groove-shaped long body having flanges with an insertion hook body having a spring property. CONSTITUTION:An angled insertion hook body 2 is inserted into an angled groove 1A of an angled-groove long body 1 having flanges from a lateral opening thereof. A presser part 2B of the hook body 2 presses a lower flange 1C of the long body 1 in some degree due to a spring property and engages with the flange. Then a hook function of supporting is displayed by the presser part 2B and also the part of the lower flange 1C. Besides, the hook body 2 is restored since it has the spring property, even when the presser part 2B presses the lower flange 1C, and it is possible to put a memo slip or the like between the presser part 2 and the lower flange 1C and to make it be held fixedly therebetween when fingers are detached. Moreover, it is possible to hook pens on the part of an upper flange 1B so that it be hung down uprightly and also to lay pencils horizontally thereon, and a number of writing utensils can be put since the body 1 is long.

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［０００１］ ［産業上の利用分野］本発明は、事務所や家庭などで多
用途に用いられる小物整理用品に関するもので、小物品
を掛持するフック機能、メモ紙等のクリップ機能（脱落
止め）、ペン類を立てに差したり横に置いたり出来る筆
記用具差し置き機能などを有するもので、さらに、前記
を基本体として、その基本体に特定の部分品を設ける事
でさらに多機能を有するものであります。 ［０００２］ ［従来の技術］事務所や家庭において、物を掛けておく
フック類、紙類を挟んでおくクリップ類、ペン・鉛筆類
を入れておく筆記入れ（立て）類は、小物でありながら
も必需品と言えます。ただ、これらは形態等は様々であ
っても通常各々単体品にて提供されているもので、又、
組合わされた機能と言ってもマグネット等との組合わせ
により機能を増やしている物が一般的です。 ［０００３］ ［発明が解決しようとする課題］本発明の課題とするも
のは、前記のような各々の機能を一体の構成体の中に有
した物とするもので、主に壁面等に種々な方法で取着又
は接着する場合を考慮においたものです。そして、それ
により多機能となる事で用途が広がるだけでなく、従来
のように各々に単独の機能を持った提供体をバラバラに
設置して用いるのではなく、一箇所に設置してまとめて
用いられるという特長から使い易さが増して小物・紙類
・筆記類等の整理面からも便利になるものです。 ［０００４］ ［課題を解決するための手段］基本体となるものは、主
に二つの部材から構成され、それの組合わせにより前記
の機能を有するものです。つまり、単体のみにおいては
機能を果せなくても二つを組合わせる事により、そうし
た機能が生じる事を特徴とするものです。さらに、前記
を基本体として、それに特定の部分品を簡単に設ける事
で、又、別な機能を有する事を可能とするものです。 ［０００５］ ［実施例に基づく構成及び作用そして使用例の説明］で
は、本発明の構成及び作用を使用例なども含めて実施例
図を基に詳細に説明していきます。図１〜図３の図示で
明確な様に、ツバ付き角溝状長尺体１の角溝１Ａの横口
よりバネ性角形挿入フック体２が図示の様に挿入により
設けられる事になります。この場合、図示で明らかな様
にツバ付き角溝状長尺体１の手前口Ｃは奥口Ｄより狭く
なっていて、さらに、角溝１Ａ寸法よりバネ性角形挿入
フック体２の挿入部分寸法の方が手前口Ｃの部分におい
てやや大きめ（開きぎみ）であるように製作され押込む
ように挿入する事となります。この方がバネ性の特性が
生きて挿入した際にもピッタリと収まり、さらに、スラ
イド移動も手操作にて可能とするものです。これによ
り、力が加わってもバネ性角形挿入フック体２がツバ付
き角溝状長尺体１の角溝１Ａから脱落する事のない組合
わせとなり、任意の位置に挿入止めされる事となりま
す。（以下の説明においては、ツバ付き角溝状長尺体１
は長尺体、バネ性角形挿入フック体２はフック体と略名
して説明していきます。） ［０００６］この場合においてフック体２の押え部２Ｂ
はバネ性により長尺体１の下ツバ１Ｃをある程度押すよ
うに止まるものとします。つまり、図２のような形態に
おいての状態となります。これにより、フック機能とし
ては、力が掛け部２Ａ部分に矢印Ｅ方向に作用した場合
にその力を挿入部分だけで受け支えるのではなく、押え
部２Ｂと下ツバ１Ｃ部分でも受け支える事になるので薄
い部材であっても強い支えとなり、図８の様に物を引掛
けた場合に挿入部分への加重支え負担を半減できるもの
です。 ［０００７］そして、次に、クリップ機能としては、常
には押え部２Ｂが下ツバ１Ｃを押し付けていてもフック
体２がバネ性を有している事で、矢印Ａ方向に指力が働
けばフック体２は図３の様に反り、押え部２Ｂと下ツバ
１Ｃの間に物（メモ紙等）を入れる事が出来、そして、
入れてから次に指を離せば図６の様に物（メモ紙６）を
挟んで止める事が出来るものとなります。そして、再び
指力が加えれば図７のように物は脱落落下します。この
指操作は、普通、図３・図７での矢印Ａの部分に親指を
上ツバ１Ｂ部分に人差し指を置いて掴むようにするもの
です。又、図１１の様に押え部２Ｂ部分を指で手前に引
張って操作してもよいものです。以上より、クリップ機
能とフック機能とは同時の使用も出来るものです。 ［０００８］次に、筆記用具の差し置き機能としては、
図９の様に上ツバ１Ｂ部分には差掛けペン８類を差して
立てたり、又は鉛筆９類を横に寝かして置いたり出来る
もので、長尺体１が長尺物である事により多数の筆記類
をおける事になります。以上、本発明の基本構成となる
基本体について実施例図を参照にその構成及び作用並び
に使用法を挙げて説明しましたが、以下には、この基本
体の形状面や材質面そして基本体に特定部分品を設けた
場合について、実施例図を参照に説明していき、併せ
て、本発明の効果についても述べていきます。 ［０００９］ ［発明の多様性及び効果］前述の基本体となるツバ付き
溝状長尺体の溝形状やバネ性挿入フック体の挿入部分形
状については、図１〜図３のような角形状でなくても図
４の様な円形状のツバ付き円溝状長尺体３やバネ性円形
挿入フック体４であってもよく、脱落もしないしスライ
ド移動も可能となるものです。従って、溝形状及び挿入
部分形状を一定に限定するものではなく、前述のような
角形でももっと多角形であってもよろしいです。 ［０００１０］又、バネ性挿入フック体の掛け部及び押
え部などの挿入部以外の形状においても限定するもので
はなく、図５の様な形状でも図示の様に肉厚の差異をつ
けるなどの製作方法により強度面でも使用可能となりま
す。 ［０００１１］次に製作及び材質面において述べれば、
まず、ツバ付き溝状長尺体はプラスチック成型、例えば
押出し成型等で機能面・強度面を考慮して製作する事が
挙げられますが、金属材料プラスチック材料いずれの場
合での製作となれば曲げ加工による方法も挙げられま
す。又、バネ性挿入フック体は第一にバネ性を必要と
し、ステンレス等のバネ性の薄鋼板のような金属板を曲
げ加工したり、又、バネ性のプラスチック材料にて射出
成型したり、押出し成型して任意の幅にカットして用い
る等が挙げられます。プラスチック成型の場合は図５の
様な肉厚に差異をつけたり細かい曲げ角度などの強度面
や微妙なバネ性を得られるので、形状も多種が可能とな
るものです。 ［０００１２］次に、壁面等への取付け法として用途及
び取付け面材質に合せて図１０に示すように長尺体１の
取付け穴１０を利用して止めネジ１２で付けたり、長尺
体１の背部に両面接着テープ１１を設けたり、又、台所
や浴室には吸着盤を設けたりする方法が挙げられます。 ［０００１３］次に本発明の特徴として、実施例の図１
を基本体とした場合に、これに図１３・図１４が示すよ
うな部分品を簡単に設けれるもので、取付け穴１０を利
用して背部にキャップ付きマグネット１５を設ければ、

挿入フック体２に差込み設けておけば、使用の際に判別
し易くなり、又、デザイン要素もあるわけです。これな
ら、個人用としてだけでなく家庭用とか事務所用とか多
