Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a center height of an injection device to be easily adjusted to a center height of clamping device by vertically moving operation of a lowering and lifting device even though a combination between the clamping device and the injection device is varied. CONSTITUTION:An injection unit body part in an injection device is separated from an injection base part 12b mounting that, and an injection unit-lifting and lowering means 31 is provided between them. The injection unit-lifting and lowering means 31 is formed of a bolt 32 fixed to a base board and nuts 33, 34, 35. The base board 30 can be moved vertically to the injection base 12b by rotating the nut 34 under a state wherein the nut 35 is loosened.

く。これにより射出装置2は前後に自由にその傾斜を決
めることが出来、ノズル8の上下方向の芯は容易に調整
出来るようになる。また水平方向のノズル8の芯ずれ
は、インジェクションベース12bの摺動面5に設けら
れた射出装置の前後への動きのガイドをするギブ19
(図4)のギブ押え20に、水平方向調節ボルト21を
螺合させておく。

の芯出し調整を行なうことが出来る。なお、射出昇降ユ
ニット手段としては、実施例に示すボルト/ナット機構
に代えて、高さ調整ができるトグル機構、くさび機構等
同様な機能を奏するものを使用できることは勿論であ
る。
