[Prior art] As a ground improvement method for soft ground such as ground mainly composed of soft cohesive soil, a hole was previously drilled in the ground by a boring machine or an earth auger, and a monitor was attached to the tip of the hole. BACKGROUND ART It is widely adopted that a pipe is inserted, a high-pressure fluid is horizontally ejected from a monitor nozzle, and the monitor is rotated and pulled up to cut the ground and inject a ground improvement material to improve the ground.

Various such construction methods have been proposed and have a considerable track record. One of them is a method of injecting the ground improvement liquid as a high-pressure fluid, cutting the ground with the ground improvement liquid, and injecting the ground improvement liquid into the ground, and the other one is water and ground improvement liquid as the high-pressure fluid. Is a method of cutting the ground with high-pressure water and injecting the ground improvement liquid into the ground, and yet another is to use water and the ground improvement liquid as the high-pressure liquid, and use water or the surroundings of the ground improvement liquid with air. It is a construction method in which the ground is cut by a high-pressure liquid and the ground improving liquid is injected into the ground (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-38728).

However, none of these construction methods artificially regulates the destination of the filling material and is greatly influenced by the properties of the ground, which may cause a large unevenness in the finished product.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] By the way, in any of the above-mentioned construction methods, conventionally, the high-pressure fluid was jetted while the monitor was continuously rotated.
There is a problem that the flying of the high-pressure fluid bends in a curved shape as shown in FIG. 1 and the flying distance decreases. This tendency becomes more remarkable as the rotation speed is increased. In addition, the condition of the ground is extremely complicated, and the flying state of the high-pressure fluid becomes extremely diverse, the flying of the high-pressure fluid becomes curved, and the injection of the ground injection flow cannot be fixed in a certain direction. However, it is difficult to carry out the ground improvement as planned because the direction of splitting cannot be regulated.

[Means for Solving the Problems] As a result of earnest research and experiments, the inventors of the present invention stopped the monitor for one second at each appropriate rotation angle during one rotation of the monitor, and the high pressure injected when the monitor was stopped. The present invention has led to the present invention by finding that the fluid flies in a straight line to extend the flight distance and is relatively unaffected by the ground condition.

According to the ground improvement method of the present invention, a monitor is inserted into a hole drilled in the ground in advance, a high-pressure fluid is jetted horizontally from the nozzle of the monitor and the monitor is pulled up while rotating to cut the ground. In addition, in the ground improvement method in which the ground improvement material is injected to improve the ground, the monitor is stopped for an appropriate second for each appropriate rotation angle of the monitor during one rotation of the monitor.

Further, the present invention is not only a method of injecting a high-pressure ground improvement liquid from a monitor nozzle to cut the ground with the ground improvement liquid and injecting the ground improvement liquid, as well as injecting high-pressure water and the ground improvement liquid. [Operation] A hole of an appropriate depth is drilled in the ground to be improved by using an earth auger or a boring machine. Lower the pipe with the monitor attached to the end of the predrilled hole until the monitor reaches near the bottom of the hole. A ground improvement liquid, for example, cement milk is sprayed from a monitor nozzle through a pipe from a ground improvement liquid supply facility, and at the same time, the pipe is rotated by a rotating device to rotate the monitor and pull up the monitor. At that time, the monitor is stopped for an appropriate period of time, for example, for 3 seconds for each appropriate rotation angle of the monitor, for example, for every 40 degrees, while the monitor makes one rotation.

The ground improvement liquid sprayed when the monitor was stopped flew in a straight line and became larger than the flight distance of the ground improvement liquid sprayed when the monitor was rotated, which resulted in cutting and splitting of the ground at each monitor stop point. Can be performed over a wide area, and the ground improvement area can be increased by a portion B as compared with the conventional method in which the monitor is continuously rotated to inject the ground improvement solution.

A hole 2 having a predetermined depth is drilled in the ground 1 to be improved by using an earth auger or the like. The pipe 5 having the monitor 3 attached to the tip of the hole 2 is lowered until the monitor 3 reaches near the bottom of the hole. The pipe 5 is connected to a ground improvement material supply facility 7 via a swivel joint 6. Further, the pipe 5 is intermittently rotated by the rotating device 9 via the timing gear 10 in a manner described later.

The pump 8 of the ground improvement material supply equipment 7 is driven to inject the ground improvement liquid in a horizontal direction from the nozzle 4 of the monitor 3 through the pipe 5. At that time, the timing gear 10 is rotated by the rotating device 9.
The pipe 5 and thus the monitor 3 are pulled up via the pipe 5 and thus the monitor 3 while rotating, for example, by stopping the monitor 3 for 40 seconds when the monitor 3 rotates 40 degrees. As a result, the ground 1 is cut into the high-pressure ground improvement liquid and the improvement liquid is injected into the ground 1.
