(Structure of the Invention) The present invention has a structure in which the above-mentioned problems are solved, in which a synthetic resin granule that does not melt-deform with the matrix layer is dispersed and embedded in a polyvinyl chloride matrix layer, and a part of the granule is a matrix layer. The gist of the decorative material is that it is exposed above.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a decorative floor tile of the present invention as an example. 1 is a PVC matrix (hereinafter referred to as M) layer, which is obtained from a composition containing a PVC resin, a filler, a plasticizer, a stabilizer and the like, which are almost the same as those of a normal PVC floor tile, and 1.5 to 4
mm is preferable. The PVC composition is processed in the range of 150 to 220 ° C., kneaded in a Banbury mixer, adjusted to a constant thickness with a mill roll, and has a particle size of 0.3 to
Synthetic resin decorative granules 2 (hereinafter, simply referred to as granules) having a thickness of 3.0 mm, preferably 0.5 to 1.0 mm are sprinkled, and the granules 2 are buried in the M layer by calendering and the thickness is 1. The floor tile 3 of the present invention was obtained by rolling to 5 to 4 mm.

Granules include polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), nylon 6, nylon 6-6, nylon 12, polyamide (PA) such as aromatic polyamide, polycarbonate (PC), epoxy, melamine, urea, unsaturated. A thermoplastic resin such as polyester and a thermosetting resin are exemplified, and the granular body may be colored or transparent, and may appropriately contain a filler such as calcium carbonate. The granules do not melt and deform at the temperature at which they are softened by heating in forming the M layer into a sheet. In the present invention, the granular material as the patterning material does not form a flow pattern, and the granular pattern remains in its original shape, showing high designability. Further, since the granular material is buried almost all over the thickness, the pattern is hard to disappear due to abrasion.

This resin is made into a sheet of 10 to 40 mm by mill rolls 7 and 7 ', and a sheet of 100 to 200 cm is cut by a cutter 8
And then moved on the conveyor belt V.
The sheet 9 that has passed through the mill roll is rolled by the first calender rolls 10 and 10 ', and then the above-mentioned granular material 2 placed on the conveyor belt 12 from the hopper 11 is scattered again on the sheet. At this time, the temperature of the seat is 120-1
It is 80 ° C. The second sheet is the second calendar roll 1.
3, 13 'and the third calender rolls 14, 14' are rolled to a thickness of 1.5 to 4 mm, and an emboss is formed between the emboss roll 15 and the bottom roll 16.
