コーンキングガン、或いは塗装圧送式ホースの先端ノズ
ルに嵌着させるだけで上記塗装作業を簡便且つ能率的に
実施できるものであつて、その特徴とするところはカー
トリッジ塗料を吐出させるエアーガン先端のキャップに
一定長のアーム4を設け、該アーム先端に底板4a、側
板4b、4c及び後板4dからなる枠型金具7aを形成
し、該枠型金具7a内に毛足長が凡そ50mm〜70mmの
豚毛を、自由端が凡そ30mm〜45mmで且つ20mm〜4
5mm程度の高さ寸法に接着固定すると共に、該固定部中
央に対し塗料導出用チューブを開口させ、且つ塗料導出
用チューブの反対側はキャップの前方外面へ突出形成し
た嘴筒外面に刻設した雄ネジと雌ネジを介し脱着自在と
なした袋ナットの透孔へ挿通させると共に、カートリッ
ジのノズル先端へ嵌入させた構成とする。

及び後板4dが設けてあり、且つ底板4a及び後板4dには夫
々れ透孔5及び6が穿設してある。こゝに透孔5は刷毛
体を止着するためのボルト挿通用のものであり、これに
対し透孔6は刷毛体に取付けたチユーブ挿通用のもので
ある。

せるのほか、該チユーブ8端部をキヤツプ2の嘴筒2a先
端縁から少し突出する状態となさしめると共に、該突出
したカートリツジ1eのノズル先端pを刃物で少し切断し
てから該部へ向つて差入れるようになすのであり、あと
袋ナツト11をキヤツプ2側へ戻すと共に嘴筒2a上面と螺
合するようなさしめて止着が図られるようにする。この
さい、カートリツジ1eのノズル先端は円錐状の傾斜面に
形成されていることからチユーブ8端縁部の挿入は極め
て容易に行われるのであり、また該傾斜面に対し袋ナツ
ト11を締付ける過程で該袋ナツト11の透孔12がチユーブ
8を押圧するようになさしめてシール兼用の効果的な接
合が行われるものとなるのである。

本考案者の数多くの実験によれば塗装中、上記一定の傾

mmとなさしめることが最も効果的であることが判明し
た。このさい自由長が25mm以下となると塗料の分散作用
が劣るものとなるのであり、また55mm以上となると刷毛
体の傾斜長が長くなり過ぎて一定の傾斜角度が安定的に
保持されなくなるのである。また肉厚高hは上記一定の
傾斜角度保持と塗布圧保持に大切な要因をなすものであ
つて、即ち20mm以下ではその傾斜角度保持及び塗布圧保
持が適正に得られないものとなるのであり、これに対し
反対に大となすことは何ら差支えはないが材料コストが
大となるほか取扱い上不便となる。

押えてガン本体を手前に引くだけの簡単な操作でカート
リツジから噴射される塗料が刷毛体全面に効果的に分散
されると共に、一定な塗布圧で均一な塗膜が連続的に形
成されるものとなるのであり、迅速で能率的な塗装作業
の行えるものとなるのである。
