構成してある。すなわち、該頭部安定盤12は背当て部材
１の上端縁寄りに対して、着脱自在に取り付けられるよ
うに構成してある。 なお、前記した背当て部材１の雄スナップa,aの付設面
部分は、カバー布片ｂに依って覆うことに依り、スナッ
プ係合部分が、幼児の頭部等に対して直接当たることを
